Excellent customer service experience. I highly recommend this product and company.

The product itself runs smaller than what size chart mentions, but when company was notified, they were proactive in wanting to make things right with exchanges. Their customer service went beyond what I expected as a response.
Looking forward to trying the replacement and expecting it to give correct support to my knees.

I received my Peak Flex from you and I can feel how it works but it seems a bit loose even when tightened. I contacted your company and they were very helpful and willing to send a new one without returning the one I have. They are a good company when they are willing to work with you. They sent the wrong size for the order and it still did the job but was super tight. I contacted the company and they l sent out a replacement only after I agreed to give them a 5 star rating on trust pilot. Then I had to wait 3weeks to get the replacement which was still the wrong size and the. They wanted me to pay to ship the product back to austria to get a full refund which would've cost over $25. Ive tried several times to get them to send the correct size and they now want me to send them more $$$ for shipping . I even told them

A disabled veteran with OA on a fixed income and now they've ghosted me. So Im out the money and still dont have a product that fits unless I want to take 30 minutes a day to squeeze into the 2XL. Also their sizing charts are way off base Im 350lbs due to my arthritis and these sleeves would've help me with the walking and the 4XL just slid of my legs faster then the flash could lap the earth and thst was after they were fully tightened. I dont know what too do now.

kept me informed from ordering to delivery. Also when I had questions , they produced answers. When I informed them that they size that was sent did not work properly they have offered to send the next size no charge. I will wait until I receive the product to update my review

When I originally received my braces they were the a little large ( I was probably in between sizes), when I contacted customer support they're more willing to send me the next size down. The braces look very well constructed I'm excited to get the smaller size. David Stlaurent

Should be no stars. Bogus scammers. Ordered 2 knee sleeves via Express delivery was told they shipped on 8/17. Still not here. Somehow there were supply chain issues after they supposedly shipped. AI scam site. Stay away.

In using the fitment chart supplied by the company, I found the chart was incorrect for me. Tightening the adjustment knobs fully did not give me the " compression" needed. In contacting the company they promptly agreed to replace with hopefully the correct size at no charge to me. My only complaint is the shipping time as they come from outside the US.

I purchased two sets for my sister and son. My sister is happy and loves the fit and feel. Helps with her daily pain. I know my son will feel the same. His were the wrong size, so working with customer service to order the right size. Customer support had been responsive and top notch! Would highly recommend!

I ordered knee sleeves for my mother-in-law, but she had difficulty putting them on due to her age. When I reached out to customer service, they were very helpful in replacing them for a bigger size very quickly. Thank you PeakFlex.

I told the company that I was not getting any pain relief and wanted to return the knee sleeves.
They told me try a smaller size, and I will try a smaller size.

The most immediate response to my concerns. The first was inability to operate the knob, and then that was corrected. And then failure of the product to fulfill the expectations of support and comfort as I experienced more pain. I concluded it is possible that the sleeve I ordered was larger than I needed. And rather than having the extra large, I needed to have the large.

I purchased 2 pair of the leg sleeves in XXL Size.. They were too loose and when I contacted customer service,they said they will replace the sleeves in Xl size.. I want to Thank Bella for resolving this issue I had with the leg sleeves I purchased..Will let you know how the new XL leg sleeves fit when I recieve them..THANK YOU..

After trying several different braces and having no luck with them actually working, I was skeptical about ordering another knee brace. With the great price and positive reviews I decided to give Peak Flex a try, I figured if it doesn't work I'm not out much. I took advantage of the buy 2 get 2 deal and ordered 2 different sizes as I am working on losing weight and wanted to have options. After receiving the braces, I tried the larger 1 on first. It felt good and comfortable but was just a little to big. I then tried on the smaller size i ordered. I was pleasantly suppressed with how comfortable and non restrictive the brace was. It is super easy to tighten and release while being a slim / non bulky design. I immediately felt the support in my knee and after waring it all day while working and going to the gym I had way less knee, back, and hip pain then normal. It has made doing everything easier, from walking to pickle ball, to strength training in the gym. The company is quick to respond with questions and help too. They are super friendly and willing to make sure the customer is happy. I would defiantly recommend this bracer to anyone.
