I purchased two pairs of shorts at £120 and initially I got my DHL code and things appeared to be going well until my parcel arrived at Heathrow and then nothing. The parcel has been there now for 2 weeks and this companies customer service consists of AI bots who put you round in circles. DHL are as bad with AI again not assisting. Purchasers BEWARE it will now take me going through my credit card company to get and assistance or refund there policy is they don’t refund international parcels that are clearly lost in transit and they don’t get back to you at all only an automated e mail. They advertise as the Rolex and Louis Vuitton of shorts if I were those companies I would be taking them to court !
After two weeks I now have an e mail requesting a further 51.00 pounds in import tax which shouldn’t be paid on goods under £135 pounds or they wont be delivered. This was never indicated when I paid 120.117 for the goods. Once again they refer you to dhl and now a third party alleged customs collection service. So i have to now argue the cost if this and tax with the third party provider to get goods delivered. If you are in The UK avoid this company at all costs!!!!
19/05 I have now spoken to the alleged customs collection service and due to the wrong value being given to DHL by tucann they cannot change this and I will now have to refuse delivery and try and seek a refund with them direct or pay nearly an additional 40 percent in tax. The experience continues!
Fir the avoidance of doubt uk customs did not value the goods you did and it cannot be changed the wrong value was given to DHL which tucann require to sort out. This is the only non AI reply I have had which has had any speed in over 2 weeks! Maybe you can reply and let me know and those on Trustpilot how you wish to resolve this shambles !
21/05 once again going round in circles and getting no where with Tucann who in effect have left it blaming customs or DHL for the mistake in the over value of the invoiced order. This has been a lesson in customer service at its worst end of the scale and if it wasn’t for trustpilot I don’t think there would have been any interaction with humans as they constantly believe AI bots and pre composed e mails will fix anything. Clearly the only interaction in valuing the goods was human and it has failed miserably.

Excellent trunks. Perfect fit very comfortable to wear all day at the beach. Bought a couple more pairs.

Their return/refund policy is a joke. I'm sending my order back because the fit is terrible, and they're keeping $20 from my purchase—plus I have to cover the return shipping. Definitely won't be buying from this company ever again.

Be carefull. Onece a customersupport informed me abou1-2 days of processing of my ordere. A week has gone and still processing. Everything what thay can say - Your oder is processing. Costumer service is worts than ever! Never again!

Bravo! Tucann the colors you see are no exaggeration. Perfect fit just like they were tailored! Don’t take my word for it just read the reviews! The 4 way stretch is awesome and comfortable. And the inner lining helps with the fit. Read the reviews!

Package came quickly and the shorts are even more comfortable than I thought they would be.

Was a little bit dubious about buying after reading a few reviews. Bought two pairs of cammo shorts on Feb 23rd. uk customer, the shorts arrived today (feb28th) from america. Very good email communication throughout. FedEx was the courier.
Product is colourful, excellent quality in the materials and great design.
100% will be buying from this site in the near future. I like to wear clothes that are different from the norm, and these totally tick all the boxes.

I ended up wearing these as regular shorts more than I expected. The fabric isn’t that shiny, cheap swim trunk material, so they look fine with a T-shirt. Wore them to grab lunch after the beach, and they didn’t feel out of place.

The material is noticeably better than most swim trunks I’ve owned. It has a bit of stretch but doesn’t feel flimsy. Took them on a trip, and they held up great—quick drying too.

The fit is spot on. I hate when swim trunks are either too baggy or too tight, but these sit perfectly. Stayed in place while swimming and didn’t get heavy in the water. I’ll probably get another pair.

Honestly didn’t expect much, but these trunks are actually super comfortable. The liner doesn’t ride up, and the material is soft but durable. Wore them all day at the beach and didn’t feel any irritation.

Fast shipping, and great product! I’ve gone and got myself 4 pairs of shorts from Tucann now and I love the fit and quality more than anything. Always get loads of compliments too. My first pair have held up pretty well after 2 years of use as well!!

The quality and style of their products is class. I bought the swimmers and the training shorts. They are true to size and fit well. They even come with compression inside lining.

Decent quality but way too expensive for the poor sizing and horrible customer support. Ordered the Medium after requesting a sizing chart since the website did not work correctly in order to show it. Was told they were true to size per the chart. Medium in 5” was way too large due to elastic band. Exchanged for small. The small waist fit but they were way too short. Re bought a 7” length in small. This waist was identical to medium in 5”. No constancy in sizing. Wasted lots of time and $30 in restocking fees. Will not ever buy again.

Lastly. Terrible customer service. It’s like talking to a robot. Would not reccomend doing business with such a horrible company.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts Nov 25 thinking they would arrive for Christmas. It's now Jan 2 and they're still not here. Ive contacted Tucann many times since realizing they wouldn't arrive for Christmas. At first when they said they were investigating it and putting a rush on it I thought that was great. Now that it's been so long I've given up on trying to get the package and I just want a refund. Every time I ask them for a refund they just keep saying the same thing. "We're taking this very seriously. We have an investigation underway." But they're not actually doing anything about it. I don't care about the lost package any more, I just want my $200 back. Absolutely terrible customer service.
