Ordered for simplicity quite the opposite experience recieved
Ordered a large quantity of Ilex hedge plants and additional garden plants for a full front garden renovation. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple and enjoyable alternative to visiting a garden centre became a genuinely frustrating experience from start to finish.
Communication throughout was poor, reactive rather than proactive, and delivery was delayed. When the plants finally arrived, several of the hedge plants and other items were visibly damaged and in a poor state of health.
After trying to politely raise concerns via email, the response received felt defensive rather than customer-focused, which only added further frustration to the situation.
The most disappointing part is that this entire experience could easily be used as an example of inadequate business processes, poor quality control, and weak customer handling after purchase. Had I known beforehand, I honestly would have chosen a local garden centre instead.
A very disappointing experience overall and sadly not one I could recommend based on my experience.
