They have locked me out of my account for but being able to verify who I am. I am the same person that has paid for their streaming person for a year and a half. Customer service is worthless, their form to fill out is worthless, their supervisors are worthless… don’t subscribe they are just as bad as all the other cable providers.

Terrible, cannot watch anything that is not already free. Cannot watch sports as they advertise.
Disappointed the way long-term customers are treated
I have been a long time customer of youtubetv. (since it started) I thought I had ordered NFL Sunday ticket, but it did not show up on my account (I thought it would be billed on my next statement.) When I didn't see the charge, I checked my bank account and it wasn't deducted from their either. I contacted customer support (for the first time) and explained the situation. There was a $100 off promo if you ordered NFL Sunday Ticket by May 16. It was my error, I should have verified sooner, but they were not even willing to assist with giving me the $100 off. Just "NO". Very disappointing that a business treats long-term customers this way.

We cannot remove shows we have watched. We also get all kinds of junk recommendations that make it hard to find things we have recorded. There should be a "trash" option to get rid of unwanted shows in the "Library" section. The subscriber should determine what is on the personal You-tube site.

I hate there is not a 800 number live agent to speak with this company been around long enough and should have an agent to speak with. I accidentally selected 4k and I can not remove it my plan went from 64.00 to 70.00 now it is 90.00 dollars and I want to downgrade but I tried all of the prompts and no success .If you are an elderly person and not computer savvy this is not for you.I was with Comcast for 13 years and it got to 400 a month for limited channels so I was very excited to get yttv for 64 dollars but I'm considering leaving yttv because I need an agent

I switched to YouTube TV and save about $600 a year. I've had it for about 6 months now. It's great. I don't watch much traditional television, ironically because I watch mostly YouTube, but the picture quality is much better than Armstrong cable (1080 vs 720) and I can watch TV and DVR shows from my phone.

i enjoy watching you tube tv. and the channels they offer. i watch every day. my only problem with this network is the commercials, from morning till night, all you see is depressing, negative, constant pharmaceutical company's. it never stops. i would love to see something much more positive on a daily, rather than.

Lousy service, illegal billing & no contact customer service
Despite cancelling 20 days into a 30 day trial, youtube charged $79.01 to my bank card. Instead of being able to call & discuss the issue, you tube offers no meaning- ful help or support that works. Numerous dead ends & loops that take you nowhere. I tried for hours just to send an email, start a chat or request a callback, to no avail. I was considering a move from cable to you tube, but after my experience, My advice is choose ANYTHING BUT you tube tv!!

Robbed by a streaming service
Love the streaming service but account billing is horrible. My husband and I thought we signed up with family sharing and instead we had two accounts (based on our email). We were double billed for the same tv address for over a year and they will only refund three months. That is ROBBERY. We feel so taken advantaged of.
Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. I will preface this review by saying I had already paid for Sunday football ticket that I will not get for the next three weeks. Last week I had massive fraud issues with my bank and had to shut down my accounts. Of course all of the debit cards were closed at that time. I am immediately ordered new debit cards with my new accounts. Because my debit cards had not been delivered to my home, I had no way to update the payment information with YouTube TV. The minute this became due they shut off my account. No Sunday football, which I already paid for. I tried calling and asking for Grace on the payment until my cards arrived. They absolutely refused. on top of it it is December 23, I am a single dad, and all of our Christmas shows were recorded on the application. So my kids have no TV and definitely not the recorded Christmas shows that we watch traditionally. Keep in mind, I contacted all of my other creditors and everybody was understanding of the situation. Stay far away from this company. DIRECTV has Internet TV options as well.
Customer service worse than the DMV
I have a cut and paste I can send anyone who wants to see it of the transcript conversation with their customer service. Long story short, they canceled my subscription without letting me know, then reinstated it the same day without the nfl red zone channel. They said they see that I had it before and had paid for it, but said my subscription was reinstated without it and the only way I could get the channel back was by paying for it as second time.

If you are not a football fan DO NOT get YouTube TV
I HATE YouTube TV and the ONLY reason I have it is because it is the only tv provider where I can get NFL Ticket. The app is extremely confusing to use. You know how sometimes you are watching a show but want to browse the guide to see what else is on at the same time? Well you can't do that with this app. It is extremely overpriced and if you have additions on your package, they are billed separately. I have to pay the $75 for my NFL Ticket ten days before I pay the $73 for my base package. Why not charge both in one transaction? I will only be using YouTube TV during football season, and then my subscription will be cancelled.
