I find it interesting to use this app. As I can kill my time by some entertaining videos . So for me youtube is a best application

Good Day: I Am Mr. Turner A Current Very Unsatisfied YouTube Live TV Services Customer. I Have Had The YouTube Live TV Services For Less Than Six (6) Months. I Have Experienced Continuing and Ongoing YouTube Live TV Services Issues With Buffering, The TV Picture Screen Freezing Up and Issues With Constantly Having To Restart and Reset The YouTube Live TV Services App On My TV. Unfortunately The Several Times That I Reached Out To The YouTube Live TV Services To Report The Above Issues and To Request Assistance, The YouTube Live TV Services Never Replied Back To Me In Relation To The Issues Outlined and Noted Above. It Is Of Note That The Above YouTube Live TV Services Are Pre-Paid Services Paid For By The Customer. After Finally Being Fed Up With The Above Continuing and Ongoing Issues Of Receiving Poor and Unsatisfactory YouTube Live TV Services and The Issue Of The YouTube Live TV Services Never Replying Back To The Customer When Reaching Out For Assistance In Relation To The Above Continuing and Ongoing Issues Of Receiving Poor and Unsatisfactory YouTube Live TV Services. When I Requested A Customer Refund For My Last and Final Month Of Poor and Unsatisfactory YouTube Live TV Services, The Request Was DENIED. I Am Very Patient and Easy To Deal With and Easy To Communicate With. All I Wanted To Receive Was A Satisfactory YouTube Live TV Monthly Services That I Pre-Paid For In Advance and To Be Treated As A Valued YouTube Live TV Services Customer. I Am Hopeful That I Will Find A Live TV Streaming Service That Will Provide Me With The Excellent Live TV Streaming Services and Treat Me As A Valued Customer For Which I Never Experienced With The YouTube Live TV Services. I Am Currently On Disability and Spent A Great Amount Of Time Inside Of My Residence. With That Being Said, My Relationship With My HEAVENLY FATHER, The Most High, Along With My Live TV Streaming Services Is What Really Keeps Me Going On A Daily Basis. Again, I Am Hopeful That Once This YouTube Live TV Services Billing Period Month Is Over With I Can Finally Find An Excellent Live TV Streaming Service That Will Treat Me As A Valued Customer. Easy to set up on your smart tv. Nearly impossible to figure out how to cancel service. Stay away from this ripoff company. It should be as easy to cancel as start a new service. I will NEVER use youtubetv again

I have youtube tv and it works quite well, but my mom has it and she can't get it to work on one of her tvs. If you are not tech savvy I recommend that you go with another service. She has a new Sony tv and we were using a Roku usb stick. It used to work but now we have been stuck on an endless loop of a requirement to go through a trial period. She has had a paying account for a while and both of her tvs used to work. There is no customer service that works.

It's as if....YouTube TV never watched Netflix.

By that I mean, after all the time streaming services have been a thing, they STILL...mess it up. And bad.

Poor User face / mechanics overall

Think you're gonna watch a 45 min show? WRONG-O! Try 2 hrs with all the bloody COMMERCIALS!!

And if you think you're gonna fast-forward to where you left off without watching the 3 minute commercials...again...bc you just watched them at the start.....THINK AGAIN!

It is literally torture...at every turn. It's not relaxing. It's not fun. It's torture.

Honestly didn’t sign up for youtube tv, my son did. I canceled it and was told I will be getting a refund. Didn’t know a refund can take up to 60 days/ 2 months but took the money out my account instantly which is crazy.

Fraud scam and no customer service contacts.

Non-existent customer service. I have billing issues that cannot be answered by the “Community Support” group. No 800 number to call, nada. Tried three times to find the “Live Chat” feature with no avail. And Google’s corporate mantra is “Do No Evil”??? What a joke.

Expensive but so much better than Hulu Live Tv and any cable option out there, selection of channels is good. No lag or buffering. No obnoxious volume issues like Hulu.

NO customer service whatsoever! NONE! YT TV has pulled money out of my account for the last time.

When Google makes the decision to give YouTube TV customers genuine help when we need troubleshooting....... then I will reconsider subscribing again.

Apple, Adobe and Curiosity Streaming...... they all provide genuine customer service.

YOUtube TV provides no customer support. I have to troubleshoot it myself or go to links or community discussions. Are you kidding?

And the thing that angers me most is that you know you are doing this. You are sounding so polite and accommodating and yet the entire time...... you know you are not providing customer support.

Saved it to watch the national football game on ESPN and was informed there are no refunds for the balance of the month. Spent $50 For absolutely nothing. Very displeased.
Later in the day, my wife found a way to get a refund on her smartphone. Not possible that we could find it on PC. Spent over 2 hours getting money.

What a totally worthless company with no regard for their customers. Today I had the misfortune of having to call in for tech support due to my screen being fuzzy. I had done all the troubleshooting I knew to do, which was way more than the tech knew himself. After 7 attempts to reach a supervisor, I realized this was going nowhere. The agent actually thought it was funny to cancel my account!!! After several more attempts to contact a supervisor via chat and calling in again several times, 8 hours later I finally reached a supervisor, overseas of course, who thought it was fine to insult me by calling me a liar and saying SHE was offended - what is wrong with people today???? My advice to you is to find another way to watch the tv you want to watch - there are plenty of other choices of cos who actually value their customers. This one CERTAINLY DOES NOT! AND, to top it off, she suggested that I go to the trouble to resubscribe to YouTube TV - even tho their rep did that to me - I was the one who would have to jump through all the hoops again - unbelievable!!! AND they would charge me upfront!!! Are you kidding me???? I had just paid yesterday!!!! CAVEAT EMPTOR!!!

Youtube is getting very bad with the adverts they are to meny of them and also to meny scammy adverts as well the price of £12.99 per month to go advert free is over the top and greedy they need to cut down on a lot of adverts and when scrolling wile watching a clips way they interrupt you by covering up at what you looking at other interesting clips to watch next

So far so i transitioned from slingtv i like YouTube TV better more channels to offer and they also offer hbomax where slingtv fails to have

1) forcé les gens a payais un abonnement, pour ne plus être déranger de publicités intempestives.

2) les gourous avec leurs manipulations sur leurs vidéos.

3) incité les gens à mettre la haine, que soit sur la sexualité, sur les origines, ou bien sur le pays etc...

4) accepté les escrocs pour qui débite leurs mensonges et attirer les pigeons.
du genre voyante, médium, youtubeuses youtubeurs bref tous ces gens ne devrais même pas y avoir accès à cette plate-forme.

youtube devrais rester gratuits avec très peu de publicités, moins de vidéo d'escrocs, d'arnaque, et moins de fausses vidéos. Car j'en suis sûr qu'il y a 95% de fausses vidéos qui circule dans cette plate-forme.

Uniquement pour attirer des j'aimes et faire le buzz en sachant que c'est juste de la manipulation trompeuse.

Scam artists hacked my new Credit Card info:

I had a one week trial Youtube TV and tried to cancel on the 8th day but the cancel button was disabled. I had low funds so the transaction kept getting declined when they tried charging me even after disconnecting the service. I called my credit card company to deactivate my card and issue a new card number.

3 weeks later I activate my new card and never had access to Youtube TV since 3 weeks ago. Three days later they are able to decipher my new card number and charge me $56 for a service that was disconnected 3 weeks prior. I filed a dispute with my credit card and asked to change my card number again. These scammers were successful at reversing my dispute and told my card co that I never cancelled even though the cancel button was disabled and not having access for 3 weeks as they cancelled service on their end.

Now 2 weeks later, they are able to figure out my new card number and trying to charge $56 every other day but are unsuccessful due to no available credit limit. I have no choice but to not pay my credit card and default and let it go to collections because these scammers will try to find out my new card no matter what I do and continue charging me even though I no longer have access to their services.

We joined YouTubeTV 04/02/2019 & have been a customer up until 05/26/20, so almost a year. The other day they sent me a message to "update viewing area." When I clicked on it the only option was the NY area when we live in Connecticut. NY is about an hour away! If you search the best streaming service in CT, YouTubeTV comes up & mentions Hartford, which is CT. While we really like YTTV over all the other streaming services, we were forced to change to FuboTV to re-gain access to CT local channels. The service is great otherwise & we are extremely disappointed that we had to close our account due to their decisions.
