If you leave they pester you
I left TV Mucho 5 years ago but I am still being bombarded by emails asking me to rejoin. I have asked them to stop but still it carrys on. Almost like harrassment

Great service: Good No PayPal: Bad
Before I begin let me just say service-wise TV Mucho are great, little to no buffering and good service. However, I have also been requested to hand over credit card details ASAP. The reason people use PayPal is because it is SAFE. How many companies do we hear are hacked? PayPal are pretty darn safe and it's a shame that TVMucho are insisting that CC details are handed over. Just not comfortable doing this which is a shame as I like TV Mucho but don't feel comfortable handing CC details.
EDITED and updated: thank you, I was not aware STRIPE was being used. However, I do not see Stripe mentioned on this payment method change page though:

Warning ! Very Bad Customer service
I am writing this review as I stopped using TVmucho for more than a year because it was rubbish french channels buffering and freezing all the time on Apple devices and TV on 4G and on 50 Mbps wifi. Since then I have unsubscribe to their email list and send dozens of emails to their support customer service to stop sending emails but it is still happening it's unbearably online harassment I have enough so I decided to write a review that may invite TVMusho to unsubscribe me. Obviously I am very unhappy.
I am updating this message since TVMuxho answer I still receive emails I unsubscribed more than 1 year ago from mailing list it's online harassment

Have used TVMucho for some time with no issues, suddenly we can no longer pay by PayPal and have been told to send them credit card details. It’s a shame as the system was good but the payment change doesn’t sound right and we don’t feel comfortable in paying them direct via card.
We’ve reworked this review based on feedback from TVMucho, once they get PayPal back online for payment then we would consider them again.

Great app Sideloaded to firestick and works brilliantly with no buffering. Later service well worth the money. We have had TV mucho for three years now and due to all negative reviews wanted to leave a positive one. We live in Greece

Nach unnötigen und dummen Rückfragen von TVMucho hat das Unternehmen endlich meine ABO Kündigung anerkannt. Ein langer Kampf !
Danach wurde ich weiterhin mit Werbemails und Newslettern bombardiert.
Auch den Newsletter abzumelden hatte nicht‘s gebracht. Jetzt habe ich TVMucho als Kontakt blockiert und auch die App gelöscht.
Die sollen mich einfach in Ruhe lassen und ich hoffe sehr, das TVMucho nicht wieder Geld von meiner Karte abbucht. Die sind wirklich dreist !
Nie nie wieder TVMucho !!! Solche Unternehmen müssten verboten werden.

My password is not recognized ?
This is my 3rd email to you this past week & you have not responded.
Numerous times I have clicked to “ Recover my password “
No response .
I have conversed with your Robot on “ Chat “ & written my details & problem .
Once again No response .
I contacted Trust Polit & did receive a comment saying that you had sent emails & for me to check my spam box .
I have NOT received any emails from your support team & I have checked my Spam box several times each day .
How many emails do I need to send & how many times do I need to tap on the “ Recover password link “ before my service is restored ?
It seems the only response I receive from your team is through TrustPilot !
Can you please respond ASAP .

Home sweet home…
I really enjoy and appreciate the opportunity to watch my UK shows and feel so much more at home when I do.
I have to stick up for tvmucho here, without them I might have been tempted to go back to the UK, because it's really really nice to be connected.
The service is really changeable. I took a tip from another review- bbc 1 is often really really impossible to watch at busy times, but bbc news channel always works great.
I saw someone complain about not getting a free hour, and I had to laugh at how self-absorbed and entitled that was... Really? You expect to complain about something you get for free? You don't know how lucky you are!
Anyway. Definitely not perfect but makes a huge positive difference to my life in Spain.

Simply the best service
Simply the best service. Nothing else comes close. I had some problems in the early days when it moved from the Activation code to a more usual log in, but it now works perfectly every time, whether in France or back in the UK where it is far more cost effective than SKY Streaming. Just one complaint: why does my Halifax credit card not work?

Kaum war das Jahresabo abgeschlossen kam wenig später nur noch der Hinweis, der Screen sei outside of the footprint of the satellite und nichts ging mehr. Abzocke? Oder schlimmer?

A wide selection of channels
A wide selection of channels. No buffering problems. Love the recording function. Communication with sales and support always positive and solutions to problems were found. Past login problems were fixed and it‘s been several months since the last one occurred. Great deal. I don‘t want to watch television without it.

Speak as you find…
I'm a great believer in speak as you find...and I've never had any issues whatsoever! A very cheap and a perfectly reliable, fantastic service. I've previously occasionally used the free hour, then when I needed a longer service I subscribed to the monthly payment option, the signal has never been interrupted, never any buffering issues and the recording service is a real bonus. I checked out the site's Trustpilot rating before subscribing which clearly isn't great, but when you read the negative reviews more closely, most are from whinging sponging ex-pats who are typically on the lookout for something for nothing! The fact that TVM reduced the free hour down to 15 minutes was obviously their commercial decision and is irrelevant, if you want to use their service which is no doubt costly to provide, then FFS pay for it and don't throw your toys out of the pram and write negative reviews because you've lost 45 minutes of FREE viewing per day.

Still unable to login via iOS, in the app, or in the browser
I have an iPhone 11 and a iPad, using a family plan. I’m thinking of dropping the family plan right now as I can’t get anything to work other than the iPad. The iPhone will not login, the submit button doesn’t even seem to respond to clicking. I’ve been in contact many times with their support system, acknowledging that they have my ticket and they’ve been no follow-ups for over a month and a half.
It’s really excellent when it works, hence, for two stars. One would be unfair, but I really want them to fix this. Getting a web form to work should not be an acceptable critical failure point.
Edit: Apparently there are a limited number of devices this is an issue for, and they're actively looking into it. Fingers crossed this can be put back to 4 or 5 stars soon...
Edit 2: Yes! Their developers were able to resolve the login issue and it’s working on both the iPhone 11 and the iPad Pro, so I’m back to being a very happy TVMucho camper!

Impossible to watch without frequent…
Impossible to watch without frequent buffering! Using iPhone 11 hotspot on Vodaphone SIM at 50 Mbps and still wont work. Tech support suggest watching TVMuncho on my 6" iPhone screen to eliminate the buffering! What is the point? I want to watch TV not my phone. Shame because their service would be great if they increased their bandwidth. Had no choice but to cancel. Waste of 7.99 Euro if you ask me!
