They were determined to fix the drainage. They did not only try to fix our property, but a few houses. Even when I doubted that it wouldn’t work they reassured me that they want to get it done.

They did an amazing job! Keep it up guys you deserve all the stars for working extra hard! They seemed very happy in their job.

I would like to thank TWD Drainage plumbing Groundwork for the great work and support they gave me I had a huge drainage problem in my home flooding and causing me to say up at night for two days and door left open due to a temporary drainage outlet. Amy and her team were great, I would like to thank Andrew,Fish last but not the least Keighley who was great at resolving the issue. Thank you so much Keighley now I can close the door.

I like to Thank Nima for his services today. He listened to what the issue was and knew exactly what to do. He was friendly and a asset to the company.

Excellent service, company went above and beyond. We had completely blocked drain unable to use toilet, bath, sink, or any appliance. On calling we had an engineer come out within two hours and sorted a very extreme limescale blockage. Extremely satisfied.

I had a problem with my sink drainage, which was becoming extremely annoying. The first chap out initially didn't think anything was wrong but was soon proven wrong. However, he hadn't brought the right tools, so a second appointment was made and Marcus turned up. He brought everything he needed and got the job done. He discovered the problem was actually outside my block of flats and got to work clearing the drains. He was quick, professional and clear on the task.
My review is for him and not the company. This job took two weeks for them to do from the time it was reported, which meant I had no sink to use in that time. Not the biggest issue maybe but as someone with ocd the idea of not being able to wash up, for fear of my sink filling with dirty, stagnant water from god knows where wasn't pleasant.

Many thx I reported problem at 9:35 Daryl ( top man ) visited at 12:30 couldn’t ask for more. Hopefully he will report as agreed and CCTV check up will be done ..many thx to customer service as well

Marcus was very very helpful, kind and understanding and did unplug my toilet and I give him 100/10 for customer service

I was having a nightmare with a drainage issue where my bathroom would get flooded with sewage water. Barry came out even late at evening and helped to rectify the issue, thank you so so much!

Nima was absolutely amazing! Very tough blockage in the toilet but he worked fast and efficient to solve the problem for us.

Nima and Elliot came today and dealt with a blockage issue on my kitchen sink within 10 mins which ive been dealing with for many months. They also kindly cleared the bath and bathroom sink for me just to make sure. Very polite and efficient

I have been having issues with the sewage pipe from the flat above leaking in my property/garden which is a health hazard. Unfortunately the freeholder of my property had previously not fixed the issue properly therefore it was escalated to TW Drainage. The manager, Fish (James) came out to assess the issue and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. He explained things is in a calm and clear manner that put me at ease. He very efficiently arranged the team to get in ASAP the very next morning to fix the problem given the severity of the problem. He is a problem solver and gets things done (and done very well!). Honestly he was impressive. It is such a relief to have this issue resolved so well and quickly to a very high standard! The guy who did the work at my flat, Brayden, was amazing too! He completed the work and left everything amazing. He cleared up, kept checking I was happy with the work and again so politely.

An issue that I have been battling for months to get fixed by the freeholder has been fixed by TW Drainage in such a professional and speedy manner.

It is such a relief to have everything resolved so well and have full confidence in the work that has been carried out.

10/10 and again, highly recommended.

Darryl was very helpful and friendly has excellent customer service

Arranged via our landlord and housing maintenance company - first guy who came over said the stack needed a descaling which he was unable to do. Marcus and Andrew came over today and upon further inspection said it wasn’t the stack and must be something in our pipes. Were both very friendly, chatty and considerate of the house whilst they were working and tidied up afterwards. Got rid of the blockage and thoroughly tested the drainage before leaving. Were also very professional when I had a neighbour from the block come up and try and steal them away to deal with his drains! Would definitely recommended them thank you so much :)

Nima came within 2hours of the call out.
He was extremely friendly and very professional in how he approached our plumbing issue.
He did a thorough job and even cleaned up after himself.
