Tayla has been absolutely brilliant. My partner and I are less than 2 weeks away from completion and as first time buyers, at the start we didn't really know what to do or what to expect. Tayla made the process nice and simple for us and has been so helpful along the way. She was absolutely relentless in chasing them up when they were ignoring us, and she was always at the end of the phone whenever I needed an update or just needed reassurance. Ella-Rose and Ella were both amazing at helping us find somewhere. They were brilliant ambassadors. Following the sale and the finding of our forever home communication became a bit spasmodic with us having to initiate the conversation. Promises of call backs didn’t materialise, however in the midst of this we then got our guardian angel Lenny. Professional, patient and exemplary at her job. As soon as she was involved everything was brilliant. I can’t praise this lady enough.

We have dealt with Anthony Quirk several times, they are honest and make you feel like you are their only customer. Our first experience with lettings was handled by Nicola Rattenbury this year, she is an exceptional lady with people skills, determination and empathy.
