I imagined potential problems in the transition to a new tenancy/rental agency, when my Mortlake tenants gave notice just as my relatively small rental agency for the previous 30 years sold her business to the much larger Antony Roberts. Giselle, based at their East Sheen branch, found ideal new tenants in just a couple of days, smoothing out the inevitable differences between the modus operandi of my previous agency and of Antony Roberts. Giselle was in full control throughout, unflappable, a great communicator and as responsive and as cheerful as one can hope for - the perfect professional.

Very responsive team! It was a unique property and the listing timing was not great, but the team were persistent and knowledgeable every time I stopped by (unluckily for them I was right around the corner). The brochure/website photographs were outstanding; there were a couple of minor errors with the floorplans (mostly mea culpa) but it didn't affect anything in the end. Shout out to Emma (first three offers) for her outstanding hand holding, and James (fourth and final offer) for being amusing and his ability to talk me off the ledge and into things. Truly outstanding from start to finish

Antony Roberts have been absolutely faultless throughout what turned out to be a complex and lengthy process. They priced our property accurately, sold it quickly by identifying genuinely serious buyers, and when our first onward purchase fell through, they held our buyer and found us a second home - no small feat.

Where they truly excelled was in managing exchange and completion across a larger chain. Frankly, they ran rings around the conveyancing solicitors, communicating clearly and with real substance, resolving hold-ups, and negotiating between buyers and sellers with calm professionalism. They earned their fee many times over and deserved a medal for their patience and good humour throughout.

Every member of the team was a joy to deal with. Marc, the manager, was exceptional...a true pragmatist who combined real skill with genuine kindness. I cannot recommend Antony Roberts highly enough.
