I want a refund asap
I have been using this company for 3 months. I originally got a prescription with them for generic YAZ birth control. They sent me a brand one month, and a different brand without telling me the next month. I googled it, and thankfully it was similar to YAZ. I have a serious issue with their communication because it’s lacking totally and they don’t seem too concerned with a patients awareness of what they give you, when they change your plan, when things happen that need their attention which leads me to my ultimate complaint. I was waiting on my 3rd round of birth control and am on last 3 of my last pills of the 2nd month. I was surprised to have not received it yet. I look at my account and nothing out of the ordinary is going on. Says I should be receiving it on the 16th of June. It was the 20h when I looked. So I contacted the customer service line and eventually was told the following day they didn’t send it because the insurance I have needs an extra copay now. No thought to inform me well before this, nothing in my account, no apology. Now I am without my medicine and having to pay another doctor to get another prescription. This is total negligence to me and I will never, ever recommend a company this dismissive of my health, time, and money again.

Absolutely Incompetent
TwentyEightHealth is a joke. Don't waste your time or your money for people who are so incompetent that after a week's time of speaking with their doctor, are somehow still unable to submit a script to a local pharmacy, which is done digitally. It's like sending an email for these people, wtf. Additionally, what's the point of an online chat feature or even more insulting, a company phone number if it only goes to VM? I called within their phone hours AND I still can't get someone of the phone. This a joke for a "health company," that supposedly has the authority to prescribe medication. They clearly have no interest in retaining a new patient if they can't prioritize their health, who again, has been patient for a week already. That is NOT OKAY.

I’ve been waiting over a week…
I’ve been waiting over a week for birth control approval. When I signed up orginally I was told one day to approvals so as you can imagine this is very inconvenient now waiting so long to start my birth control and is putting me at risk for pregnancy…. YIKES. I reached out to customer service where Mel was more than accommodating and said she prioritized my request to the top of the queue. Knowing their isn’t much more she could do I was very satisfied with the customer service end of the company however still waiting on birth control. I will update my review accordingly when I actually receive some sort of confirmation and birth control

Amazing service
The team at Twentyeight health is just amazing. A had a question and Robbie answered right away. My issue was solved in just a few minutes. Best customer service so far. The providers are professional and listen to what you have to say. Got my prescription in just a few minutes, ni need to go to a actual doctor appointment. Definitely recommend!

If I could rate this zero stars I would. Customer service is a joke. It’s been over three weeks of excuses and no script. The customer service is a bot. Their system crashes when you try to enter info. It’s garbage and probably a scam. Run.
*Edit* I also have found no apparent way to remove my information from their site. They say again they are looking into it, but that’s going nowhere.

The team that twenty eight health has is absolutely amazing! They always respond to any questions I have right away or if I want anything changed around, and they make it super easy too. I always get my deliveries on time if not earlier. Everyone is always super nice and caring too.

Very responsive. My daughter was going to run out of pills before her next order arrived in the mail because she gets pill packs of 21 instead of 28, so she can skip her menstrual cycle. Somewhere along the line, the delivery date was miscalculated. I reached out via the online chat, and they responded within 2 minutes and then within 10 min they had called the Rx into our pharmacy. I appreciate the super fast response time, as my daughter had not been paying attention herself to give me notice. She only had 2 pills left. We needed them asap, and we got them asap. Thanks for helping in the time of a near crisis.
