WEEKS without doctor fixing error and no refund for lack of service
**id like to update that i’ve gotten a refund following these postings. i appreciate the company looking further into it and updated review accordingly- thank you**
Firstly- when you sign up they charge the subscription fee. AFTER getting my prescription (this was the only quick part), I’m told i can’t get it delivered through them i have to use my own pharmacy (what is the point of paying $13 then? this was supposed to be for their delivery service and unlimited messaging with provider which i’ll get into later) but whatever it was too late i needed my birth control fast. so i send to walgreens nearby- first 5 days of waiting is walgreens fault not theirs- until it’s finally at walgreens and they say there’s an issue. they won’t describe it. i decide to send it to optumRX. now i see the issue walgreens had- the doctor didn’t even provide dosage information. so the pharmacist cannot fill it. so the pharmacy attempts to contact- multiple days no answer. here i am THREE. yes, three whole weeks later from the time i SWITCHED to optum from walgreens so- FOUR weeks total from time of starting subscription. i tried to be patient knowing doctors are busy people but this is just absurd? and customer service replies fast but they cannot do anything. the doctor is the one not replying or calling pharmacy. they tried to tell me the doctor DID try to call but it was out of operating hours… (optumRX is 24/7 pharmacists by the way so that’s not possible). mind you, this is CS telling me doctor tried. the doctor herself did not ever reply to me personally (which also- WTH did i pay $13 for?unlimited provider messaging was part of that but…she doesn’t reply? only automated response.). CS said they won’t refund me because the doctor did fix the error…really? then why is not fixed on optumRX? i went to a different online provider today and got my prescription filled without issues and it’s even already about to ship only 4 hours after provider spoke to me. TERRIBLE SERVICE i can’t believe they’re even in business and I feel scammed.

Convenient and extremely helpful representatives
Ana helped me with updating my RX and she was extremely helpful. She was efficient and very informative about next steps. Her assistance assured me that everything on my account was up to date. Twentyeight is super convenient, I have never had any issues what so ever

You have been warned - Do not use this company
Do not use this company! Provider will just stop answering you after you started the birth control and stop refilling your script and it will completely mess your body up and when you need it most. Time is only valuable to them and they will waste a lot of your time, procrastinating weeks and months because they can. The provider treats you like you are beneath them. Use a reliable, caring, and professional company, you are being warned!

Thanks to Twentyeight Health I was able to get started on birthcontrol again without leaving my exclusively breastfeeding baby at home to go spend hours traveling to and waiting to be seen just to get back on birthcontrol. Quick and helpful
I have tried a few telehealth medical companies for birth control/uti meds/etc and this was the quickest and least expensive so far. Nicole answered my questions in a neat little thread and I didn't have to keep getting pushed around to different helpers :)
