I decided to change to a system that did not leave me at the mercy of yearly subscription price rises. Wise choice. The equipment is very easy to set up. The pictures from the door bell are clear day and night. The App is straightforward to use.

Bought the 3 in 1

Bought the 3 in 1 - honestly don’t bother this has been the biggest waste of money ever
I’ve had it for 3 months and in that time I’ve had to buy 4 replacement brushes for the robot vacuum as I have two golden retrievers and their hair gets caught in the plastic at the sides which then burns - basically useless
The motor is so weak it really only picks up crumbs
Wish I’d bought a shark/dyson instead

Eufy video doorbell no false alarms

Eufy door bell are better than the 2 other makes I have tried. No subscription and no false alarms. I live on a main road with a small front garden and had false alarms with other video doorbells but not any more better AI system doesn't mistakenly think cars are people.

Value for money.

Was apprehensive initially a few years ago but since increased my usage of a pretty reliable service which I have increased since.Safe, dependable and value for money depending on your needs .

Great addition to our system

The ordering process was extremely straightforward and the Homebase arrived very quickly and was easy to configure. Decided to increase the internal storage from the 16GB included and once restarted, the additional storage was immediately recognised and installed. Great addition to the cameras already installed.

Disappointing Deep Clean

The deep clean does not remove all the dirt on our floor tiles. The hoover is fine
