Purchased my second box of replacement toothbrush heads recently, fast ordering and delivery, I've found my toothbrush is still of great quality after a few years of use, probably better than most so called big name brands that are overpriced and charge a fortune for the replacement heads, great company and highly recommend

My teeth were slightly discoloured, I could see a difference after using the teeth whitening powder for the first time.

Returns
I ordered replacement heads for my sonic toothbrush expecting to get white ones. I tried calling a number replacements received a different model. The bases were obviously much larger
Not having any information about my model I assume these are for the Pro and not for mine. The heads are still in their original unopened packing
As the are obviously of no use to me I would like replacements to fit mine or a refund
As I don't have access to the internet I do not know what your procedure is and this seems the onply way to contact you as the phone number on the packet is apparently not available
I would appreciate your response

Brightened teeth
Everything arrived well packaged and quite quickly. Ive had the sonic toothbrushes before and now have the Pro sonic toothbrush and some of the tooth powders snd some toothpastes. Teeth are beginning to look much brighter, smoother and stain free!

It's great.
My teeth have yellow stains that make me uncomfortable when I smile. I tried a few different teeth whitening as I don't like the idea to go for a treatment. Recently, I got a teeth whitening powder from Spotlight Oral Care to try. It's very good. I saw the stains faded and my teeth are whiter. I feel much more confident when I smile. Happy with the result.

Can’t do without it!
I needed a new water flosser as I dropped my first Spotlight flosser and broke it 😢. There was a deal on the website so I ordered a new one and it was delivered in 48 hours. Very pleased to be back to my daily routine.

Excess cotact
It's a toothbrush, I don't need daily contact via email. When I mentioned this in a review someone phoned me at work using a number I'd assumed would be only for problems with the delivery.

Disappointing
I am disappointed with this brush and the customer services , on purchase it was not clear that it didn’t come with a travel case anymore. I contacted customer services who said they didn’t supply them as they wanted to save to be more eco - which is rubbish. I travel a lot and I am not going to have my toothbrush loose in my case , they agreed to send me one but never did and when I followed up they didn’t respond . Probably irrelevant now as I am about to give up on the brush , It does a good job of cleaning but unless I hold my lips up the back of the head causes sores on the inside of my mouth.
