Increased the price!!
I requested a quote for a new build SAP report. They provided a price for two properties. When I mentioned it was only one property, they increased the price by £100.00. I would steer clear of this company.

I am sorry that you have mid-understood the quote. Our first quote for the 2 properties was more than what we quoted for 1 property so I think that you have misinterpreted the quote. Good luck with your project.

UK Building Compliance did an okay job overall. The team was polite and professional, and the services were completed without major issues. While they were responsive, the experience didn’t stand out enough for a glowing review. Decent for the basics, but room for improvement. 3 stars.

Heat loss calculation
Beth was very helpful when I was trying to produce drawings for a heat loss calculation. Her advice meant that I was able to do the drawings myself and obtain her heat loss calculation very promptly.

The company are not helpful at all they…
The company are not helpful at all they quoted for the work I agreed on the price, and left me hanging for weeks would not return calls and would only reply by email one email said to Bissy and one today saying can't help me, and they are a joke just wasted 10 weeks and got nowhere they have cost me money and time, Tom's your man if you want to get nowhere ask for him.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration Alan, but this review is not fairly reflective of what occurred.
We did not receive the information we required to carry out your calculations, despite persistent requests & our team going to great lengths to show you examples of what we needed.
After several weeks of requesting this, it became apparent to us that this information was not going to become available due to a knowledge gap between yourself and your manufacturing partner.
We advised that you seek a firm who could design the detailed sections required, and even gave you contact details of a company who we thought could help you with this.
We also advised in October that we could not proceed further due to the lack of relevant information and advised again that you seek the services of a design company.
Unfortunately, this advice was ignored and you have chosen to continue contacting us for the past 2 months, despite not making any progress in providing the information that we require.
We are regretful that you chose to ignore our advice throughout and therefore strongly refute claims that we wasted your time, or that we did not cooperate with you.
Nevertheless, we wish you the best in trying to resolve this matter.
