Never had a bad experience with UKHS
Good product at a good price and looks well built with a metal gearbox rather than a plastic one. Delivery was on time and ordering was easy. The whole transaction went straight through with no fuss, just as I like.

The company need to change the wording on their products for instance they claim they have a gift for me which turns out not to be a gift as I have to pay £29-99. I have received gifts from family and friends but they do not ask me for payment on these gifts, do you see the problem here.( Merry Christmas )

Rubbish machine
Battery didnt work. They exchanged it. Still Wouldn't start. Eventually had to dismantle, repack and send it back.
Then had to reasemble, still wouldn't start every time.
Lots of hassle, eventually got a friend to sort it. Very dissapointed. Hope it works next season.
The instruction manual is terrible.

They are now trying to blame me for the mower not working . They say I had the choke in the wrong position which they say caused the battery to discharge????
Am 76 years old and have had petrol mowers most of my adult life. Also used to have cars with a choke button. Also had to dismantle mower to send it back so choke lever could have been in an position. Why would I be bothered to say all this if it wasn'true.
Please call me if you would like all of the facts including an e mail from the seller....
