Decent product a lot of plastic including switches knobs which I don't think will last that long, cheap cable used that dose not uncoil easily, collecter bag attached to vacuum with plastic clip very surprised if this will last, really expected more for my money, would advise anyone looking for garden vacuum look at specification closely

when people phone up with a problem with your product do tell them its there fault no things break thru no falt of person using it plus item only bought may 2024 with 3 year garantue so dont tell people they have to buy parts when all parts are under garantue ok

Unhappy returns(goodwill gesture)
I purchased a power king generator on the 13 October. I opened the packaging, checked it and put it away. A few days ago I got an email to say the item was now £50 cheaper. I rang customer services with a view returning it and reordering, saving £50. I was told I would have to pay £30 pick up fee and there was no compromise. I will not be making any further purchases from your company. I have since been told by the company that they will refund some of reduction which I consider reasonable so I have amended my rating.

Very poor service
Very poor service. Extremely slow delivery and then Royal mail would not deliver until i made an extra postage payment as the seller had not paid enough when sending the item despite me paying postage and packing when I ordered!!

2nd time i purchased item and your delivery system failed to deliver!!! Dleiver address simple location. Always open 7days a week from 7am till 6pm. How ever was told no one was in !!! Totally impossible.
