Alex Harrington was very helpful in setting up a storage unit at last minute notice. I would very much recommend UK Storage for any storage requirements as there is wide range of unit sizes and easy unloading/loading access to the site. Access is also 24/7 which is an extra bonus.

Excellent and speedy response on the…
Excellent and speedy response on the telephone. Unit booked within minutes of enquiry.
On arrival access very speedy once Liam clearly explained the process.
Unit and entrance area clean and tidy.
Billing a little more tricky but any issues quickly resolved.
Biggest tick goes to the speed of a telephone call be answered and by a human being who knows what they are talking about.

Access,
After I booked I received an email offering a further 10 percent off but I had already booked,
I did not receive an email offering how to enter the building as it's unmanned and no information on how to obtain my prepaid lock.
I called the number on the door and was abruptly told to read the email which I didn't receive. (I received the email later that day, too late).
When I got in there are plenty of trolleys and a working lift which was good.

Everything was done over the phone. The person who we dealt with was very professional and had a sence of humar. From phoning to payment didn't take long at all. From start to finish the process of getting the storage unit was brilliant. Very smooth and stress free & always had someone at the end of the phone if I needed to ask something as was new to this. I spoke with Liam and he was very helpful throughout.

Great Service throughout the booking process.
I was dealt with by a lady called Sammy who could not have been more courteous and professional. The whole process for organising the storage was made simple and efficient. A great ambassador for a company I would happily use again and recommend to friends.

Great and easy storage
Liam was great and got me the best deal and matched the competition down the road. Got me a ground floor unit which I needed and was overall very helpful. 100% recommend.
