Very poor customer service, ordered a pair of trainers in the black Friday sales , everything went through fine got the emails and delivery notification, cut the story short 7 days on still no sign of delivery got InTouch with 2 customer services agents only for both of them to have different story as to why I did not receive my order but the one that made me realise how much of a bad company it is is when he told me sorry out of stock ,but on there website the item is there but now at full price and not the sale price. I'm still waiting for my refund. I will never use under armour again

I ordered basketball shoes from the Under armor Ireland store. Five days after the payment, I received the message "thank you for the payment". I was already expecting the sneakers to be delivered to my home, and not to be told that I had paid, which I know I did... Later I received information that my sneakers should come from Japan i.e. that the payment went to the Japanese account?! About 20 days have passed, I still have no information if and when I will receive the sneakers! I do not recommend shopping in this "shop"! I will ask for the money back from Pay Pal, through whom I paid! Shame!

Bought a pair of UA Hovr Fade golf shoes only last year and they are already scuffing badly on the cushioned back/heel of both shoes.Got in touch with UA and they didn't want to know unless I bought them direct online from themselves.Very poor customer care and I will now revert back to buying Footjoys.

Bough a pair of boots that have still not arrived just says being processed. Went on live chat to cancel they stated email, no response. Will never buy from them again…..avoid.

I ordered a new gym bag whilst it was on offer. 10 days later it was still saying "Being processed" I emailed Under Armour to query why it hasn't been shipped yet I received no response.
I asked on their live chat who told me to email.
A few days later I received a refund and a generic email saying my order has been cancelled because it is out of stock.
I check the website and the bag is still available to buy in their website. I have sent another email with no response.
I have been on the live chat and was told they don't know what stock they have until the orders are picked. I don't k ow why Under Armour are the only company who operate like this, everyone else manages to keep track of their stock and not allow you to order things out of stock.
It's now 3 weeks since I ordered the item is still available to buy on their website...

bought one order arrived via fed ex all good.
so placed 2nd order of 3 shorts one was missing contacted UA via live chat..could not find order ?? sent me a email link so reported missing item using email...nothing
so reached out via twitter yesterday nothing so far.will update.
based on other reviews customer service is a clown school..either ignored or passed the buck/lie

Probleme im Webshop, z.B. beim Einlösen von Gutscheinen und beim Bezahlen. Chat ist bemüht, kann aber nur teilweise bei der Lösung helfen. E-Mail Support meldet sich auch Tage später noch nicht, um die Probleme zu beseitigen. Keine Reaktion auf negatives Feedback über die Webseite. Der Kunde scheint egal zu sein

You get what you pay for. I've just received some workout leggings. They are amazing! Not only very good quality but make me look a dress size smaller too. Usually buy Sweaty Betty & would say about equal for comfort, compression, quality & style.

Bought 2 tops for a gift but unfortunately they were not the thermal ones I should have ordered. I had taken the packaging off and recycled it. But after phoning the free phone customer service I was able to return it no problems and ordered the correct tops with the help of the customer service team. Free returns picked up from my house free of charge with UPS. Definitely recommend their gear and customer service.

I wasted my money buying their high rise bottoms. They are not high and keep on slipping off.
They were not cheap. Wont bother purchasing from them next, lost a customer

The worst company out there, the cloths are not that good, super expensive and the quality is not in pair of what they cost.
Besides that customer support is a big joke, the clowns at UPS joke around and the clowns at under armour are jokers.
UPS in my last order said 2 weeks to deliver and my order was traveling in spain from one town to another for days and the answer from the clowns at under armour was sending the tracking link, jokers order canceled right away and money back.
Everything bought with discount under armour does everything not to sell, or forcing us to cancel orders.
Like I said things in under armour are expensive and not that good.

Their workout clothes are very high quality, but could be a bit cheaper.

I ordered a few items from their website. After opening the package, I noticed that two T-shirts and one pair of leggings were missing. I reported the matter to the Customer Service Department, and to my surprise, I received a reply that the package contained all the things that I ordered. Lie! Fraud!
I wanted to return some of the items I ordered because of the wrong size, but I'm just afraid I won't get my money back.
After reading the opinions of other Trustpilot users (too late, unfortunately), I am convinced that they are making a lot of money by cheating their customers.
To all those who want to buy UA products, I recommend shopping in other stores. Don't make my mistake or you will lose your money.

Pesima atencion al cliente. La peor experiencia que he tenido con una compañia de esta magintud. Tardan años en enviar los paquetes, no cumplen los SLAs que detallan en su web y, peor aun, su atencion al cliente es tan deficiente que se burlan en tu cara.

I have made 3 purchases with them, 2 little hassle, 3rd one however I am still waiting 3 weeks after purchase due to a supposed issue with ups. Now if there is a backlog with ups then update your website instead of misleading customers. I contacted your customer support and to be honest there poor at best, they simply don't give a toss about when I get my order they say it's out of there hands and I can ask for a refund and cancel order if I want. What I want is for you to contact ups and get my order shipped I have spent over 500 euro with you in the last 2 months.

Ordered two hold-all bags whilst on sale and also managed to find a discount code so thought I’d got myself a bargain, got an email to confirm despatch about a week later along with a tracking number. Two weeks later no details when checking the tracking number. A couple of days later and got an email from PayPal to say I had a refund from Under Armour but absolutely no communication from Under Armour whatsoever. Went on the online chat and was told to contact customer service so sent them an email as the bags I had ordered have always been in stock, surprise surprise absolutely no response. After reading all the reviews on trustpilot cannot believe the shocking service from a premium brand.My guess is they just cancelled my order because I got such a good deal.

Man kann an einen Paketshop zustellen lassen und dann kommt es dort nie an, da das Unternehmen 1. den falschen Namen an den Lieferanten weitergibt und sich 2. der Lieferant nicht an Öffnungszeiten hält. Vom Kundensupport erhält man sowieso keine Antwort und das Lieferanten-Unternehmen ist ebenso unkooperativ. Toll danke - das wird dann meine erste und letzte Bestellung gewesen sein.

I ordered from them for the first time. I then read reviews on here and freaked out. My experience, however, was really positive so I'm glad I gave them a chance, particularly with the struggles businesses have faced with staff and shipping during covid and the brexit transition. My order arrived in good time (I'm in UK and it took maybe 5 days but who needs an emergency baseball cap?) and was exactly right size wise etc. I'm happy with it. Communication was also good and they replied to my email very quickly. Not sure why this business has such terrible reviews but I will order with them again so we will see but based on my experience I would recommend them.

Very satisfied 👍 Was a little nervous, cause I ordered two pairs of shorts and a tank top before I read the reviews on trustpilot and these are not very good. Buttttt I got my packet and the shorts are perfect though is the tank top, but it’s not my style (the tank top), so I had to turn it back. Again I was a little nervous, cause many wrote that they never got their money back… But I did actually as promised - 4 working days after I received the mail. Therefore 5 stars from me and I will surely buy at unteramour.eu again 👍
