Agree with other reviews here and wish I’d read them before ordering! My goods never arrived and when I chased up, UA told me they had been returned to them but they had no idea why. They said they would refund me. 2 weeks later I contacted again to chase the refund and was told it has been processed. PayPal confirmed they had no refund from UA. So they’ve added lying to their general incompetence. Do not order from them!

Terrible terrible service. Ordered on the 2nd of January and still nothing and no refund which I have asked for on many occasions.
It has been a month absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed of themselves take your money then literally ignore you and fob you of. They tell you it's down to Brexit, it's been delayed it's on it's way which one is it? I dont think they know themselves. Just want money returned

Bad experience on customer service when order cancelled

Wish I had read these reviews earlier. Love Under Armour gear but customer service is a joke. I placed a large order after waiting for the stock to come in. Most was sent but one item was not. It will follow. Next thing I got an email saying the money was being refunded. No apology, but item not in stock. Two days after this, item once again available on website. Chatted to a customer service rep, who said, yup I would have to pay for delivery, even though their mistake it was not sent out with original order. Contact customer services, was given a code to cover postage. Tried it, not available on Rock Project items, which it was. emailed again explaining, but nope, not available on RP items. Not once did anyone apologise or seem to want to do anything to help. Having spent a fortune with this company, as their products are very good. This customer service attitude will see me spending elsewhere in the future.

Wanted to buy partner some gym gear for christmas and wanted to buy early to get the items and size needed, THEY HAVE NO EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS, TOLD ME ORDER IT CLOSER TO CHRISTMAS ! USELESS

love the clothing but one time my refund took too long to process after returning the items. its best to email them after dispatching the items and the refund process is quicker that way i found

They cancelled my priority order. Garbage company

I placed a order and 2 items showed up in order instead of one I called to cancel one and they said they cant cancel, it hasnt even been shipped. This is such BS I now have to wait for item to arrive then who knows how long before they receive item back. I have had several issues with the times not being received not sure why I bother purchasing from them ever again.

Absolute joke, seriously, first and last order i do here, "order will be proccessed and shipped the same day", 4 days later, still "Being processed"

The first thing an online shop should learn is not to sell something that they don't have ! It doesn't matter if maybe half the goods you order are delivered. If you can't trust them to send what you ordered. It is a "don't shop there again" for me !!

Next. According to Danish law they are not allowed to draw the money at time of order but first when the actually send the goods. That is the should only put a hold on the amount on the Paypal/Creditcard at time of order bur first withdraw the money when the actually send it. That is of course a bigger issue when they don't have what you ordered and it takes them a week to figure that out.

I ordered some gifts for Christmas
DEC 14 - Ordered
DEC 19 - Partly refund for not available goods.
(But the remaining arrived for Christmas)

So i ordered something else, knowing that it would not arrive in time.
DEC 20 - Ordered
DEC 29 - Partly refund for not available goods.

Unfortunately the sizing of a loose hoodie YXL from the first order was completely off (breast size difference of 14cm to another UA hoodie in the same size). So we had to return it.

The return process went fine with an UPS return label - So at least that works for them ....

UA received it back on DEC 31 but first today JAN 17 have the refunded it. That is imho a bit slow but within their own goal of 15 working days for refunds.

But I won't give more than one star to an online shop that two times in a row don't deliver they ordered goods.

When its said it's to good to be true,in this case,a horrid experience. Prices are great, however tracking item non existent. Telephone number doesn't work when you try and call on their really short working day. Live chat intermittent and email customer support, don't even reply.
Lucky for myself,I chose to have items delivered to a shop rather than home. So popped in on the off chance with proof of id, and they had it.
Ordered on 19/12, received it on my own today, 7/12

Just thought I would add an additional review to the one that was added earlier this month. I placed an order on 1st December, this still has not been shipped. I still have not received a refund. I am in the process of going through the small claims court to get a refund. I will continue to provide reviews of this company until my refund comes through.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a company. My order is still at the "being processed" stage almost 2 weeks after placing it. They can only tell me its "allocated" and they hope to have more information as soon as possible and that "Cyber Week" was busy. I asked to cancel and was told that was not possible. Wish I had read reviews before buying but I'll never buy again. I am giving it until close of play tomorrow then launching a paypal dispute, so happy I paid that way! Best advise is DO NOT BUY!

Under Armour makes great products that look fantastic but it is a real shame the online order experience is so bad. I ordered an item and after five days I received a mail that my order was cancelled becouse I returned the item (wich I never recieved) I contected their support and got some lame excuses that the item was not in stock.

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers from thier website.
A week later i got a email telling me my refund had been processed.

I never asked for a refund?
I tried to contact them and the only responce i got was that there was an internal issue with the order.

No appology, no email to advise me there was a problem, no trainers. I wanted to make a formal complaint as i wanted my trainers not a refund. No reply, not even to a formal complaint.

This company ignores its customers. It thinks its so big it doesnt need to reply or handle complaints. Well enjoy your success while it lasts because it wont

Ordered two pairs of trainers with separate order numbers.

Received an email advising order cancelled but no indication of which one - transpired later that both were cancelled.

Promised refund which failed it's date.

Emailed them and never received a reply.

Then finally one refund came through, followed by the second one much later.

Was glad I'd paid via Paypal as knew I could raise a dispute if necessary.

Advice is to steer clear - they are clearly clueless.

I'd give minus stats if I could. Absolutely appalling company... They have thousands of peoples money.. Taken as payment for orders they refuse to fulfill. Best advice I could ever give,.. Stay away from Under Armour DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Generic email to inform customers of cancelled orders. Absolutely no reason given and a complete lack of communication from an international brand! Still no refund after two weeks, even though the generic email said a refund would arrive within 5 working days. Tried calling, but can't get through, no response to emails. Worst customer service I've ever received. Needless to say, I won't be using ever again.
