Bestellung und Lieferung liefen problemlos und schnell, großer Pluspunkt: keine unnötige Plastikverpackung!
Die Ware selbst ist wie erwartet einwandfrei und sehr schön, die Größentabellen und -empfehlungen sind präzise - bei Unterwäsche besonders wichtig - Umtausch oder Retour waren deshalb bei mir noch nie notwendig.

Mir passt leider kein einziges Teil…
Mir passt leider kein einziges Teil trotz Tabelle. Jetzt muss ich alles wieder zurück schicken und trotzdem 10€ zahlen… hatte mich echt gefreut auf die neuen Sachen. Aber is wie bei allen Marken, wenn eine Frau normal gewichtig mit großer Körbchengröße ist… die Cups sind einfach immer zu klein.

I had a delivery issue and I emailed customer service and they sorted it out right away. Brilliant service.
The products are nice. The sizing does depend on the style of underwear. I will be buying a lot more from here. Their B Corp badge just proves how sustainable this brand are.

Unfortunately the measurings were off and the return process was an absolute nightmare and I even had to pay the additional shipping costs.The products are beautiful thought

All feedback are much valued, but we are of course very sad to hear that your experience with us, was the worst you have had! 💔
We really tried our very best to make a size guide as precise as possible, but it is still indicative and not 100% as all our beautiful bodies, breasts and bottoms are so different. But it should of course not be completely off, so we hope that you will share your measurement, so we can review the guide.
We ship with UPS as they are the shipping company we have found to be the most professional and reliable. We are sorry that they do not have a drop point near you and also sorry that you were not aware that the shipping back to you was at your own expense. We cover the return shipment - but not the shipping back out.
When we make an exchange, the setting for shipping is by default for a drop point - as this is the cheapest and most commonly chosed option. We wish that you would have contacted us about this, as we could have easily fixed this.

Kunde gennem mange år
Jeg har de sidste par år løbende købt både badetøj og undertøj fra underprotection, og det skuffer aldrig. Udover designet er lækkert, bæredygtigt og behageligt at have på, så holder det også bedre end mit andet undertøj. Badetøjet mister ikke lige så hurtigt formen og er stadig flot trods mange ture i klor og havvand.
Så tak for det 😍

Beautiful but issues with comfort and fit
I bought two maternity bras, one bralette, the Luna briefs, and a body suit, all size M. They’re all *super* pretty but the bras are not very comfortable. The band is quite tight compared to the cups (I wear a 32 D) and the boning at the sides seems unnecessary and pokey. My biggest issue that that all the pieces have large, scratchy tags that are very difficult to remove. I had to unstitch them with a seam ripper and I absolutely cannot imagine wearing these pieces with the tags intact. The lingerie is beautiful though, and I hope these issues improve in the future because I’d love to keep buying from this brand.

We are very happy to hear that you find our lingerie beautiful! But sad that you did not find your items to be comfortable.
The band is actually a bit tight on purpose, as the elastic will stretch after the first few times of use, so we do this to make sure that the elasticity will last longer.
The boning in the side is there to make sure that the bra stays in shape, but we are sorry that you find them pokey, and also that you find the tags scratchy.
We thank you for your point of view and will take it into consideration in the future.

Oh I really wish that you would have contacted us to clarify before giving us a 1-star review, because there is a very good explanation to why your order is "delayed".
Your order included a pre-order product, meaning a product that was not in stock yet when you placed your order. The product was called: PRE-ORDER ROSIE BODYSTOCKING MUSTARD, followed by this info text: Expected in stock 4th of October were we will ship your full order. If you wish to split your order, please contact customer care: customercare@underprotection.dk.
As we had not heard from you, we assumed that you wished your order shipped together, and we shipped your full order on the 4th of October. On your tracking it shows that the parcel arrived in Germany in DHL's parcel center on the 6th of October and I can see that it has been successfully delivered today.
I am very sorry about this misunderstanding and I hope that you will love your new items. <3

Unlike earlier orders, i can t review it for my order still has not been shipped. It's been longer than normally and DHL shows the order has not been transferred to them yet but i guess it will work out fine like always.

Oh, I really wish you had contacted us before making your review, as we complied with our delivery standards and the late delivery was caused by the transport company.
Your order was placed late on friday September 29th. We promise delivery within 2-3 workdays, and your order was shipped out from our warehouse on October 2nd, the first workday after your order was placed. You received a confirmation about this (if not it most likely ended up in your spam).
From that on the delivery is handled by the chosen transport company, and I do see that they did not give it a scan before the 6th of October which indeed is unacceptably late. And we sincerely apologize about this. We have contacted the transport company about this issue as it is definitely not okay!
I see that you have received your parcel, and I hope that you love your new items even though they arrived way to late. <3
