Driver simply text me “I’ve arrived”…
Driver simply text me “I’ve arrived” from an unrecognized number. Then another text w/ wrong house number. After sending the corrrect house number he still left my delivery at the wrong house. Beautiful flowers, chocolates, all sitting out on a strangers porch melting in the sun. Bravo.
Edit: There is no need to reach out now. It's a little late for that at this point. The floral shop had to send another driver out to fix what "DIEGO O" messed up. That means another driver was forced to go pick up my delivery off a random porch and actually deliver it to my daughter. At least someone got it right. Not "DIEGO O" though...

Unprofessional appearance
Driver spoke little English making communication a challenge. Nearly hit something in the adjacent alley to my building. She presented wearing a half shirt with her large stomach revealed. Unprofessional for delivering a $500 order to our clients.

Thanks for your patience while we looked into this. Our dispatch team pulled the delivery record, and it shows the order was completed at 12:05 pm with a signature captured at the address, along with a text exchange from that day confirming it arrived.
