Had to make other plans because this was supposed to 90 minutes at most but it was already more than 2 hours. I left a note requesting a refund but they just dropped it in front of my door and texted “mission accomplished.” Hardly. Oh and to begin they say the charge will be $6 something and then when I agree to charge it, it charges $21 something. At least they showed up this time. I guess that’s an improvement. Yay. Amenity is HORRIBLE.

Super fast and no hidden fees
I needed a set of keys picked up and delivered to a nearby town a few miles away. I had a couple of questions beforehand so I used the chat feature on their website to contact customer service. They responded right away and were very helpful.
A driver picked up my order in less than ten minutes and delivered it immediately to the dropoff location with no delay. The price was a flat rate with no hidden fees and I was sent a link that allowed me to track the driver from pickup all the way through delivery.
I am extremely happy with Unihop and will absolutely use them again!

You keep sending me messages that you’ve delivered my order but there’s nothing on my front porch or inside my mailbox, so where is my package??? As many text messages as you sent, one would assume you actually delivered something??? Please advise asap!

Hi Judy, I completely understand the frustration, especially with notifications piling up and nothing to show for it on the porch.
We reached out already for your order number and the phone or email on the account, so our dispatch team could pull the drop-off photo and GPS location from the Hopper who marked it delivered, but we haven't heard back yet. Without those two details, we're not able to locate your specific order in our system to see what actually happened.

After looking into this, we found that the driver attempted to pick up your order but the store requires a valid photo ID for third-party pickup. Both the store and the driver tried to reach you but unfortunately unable to get through and didn't hear back from you. Your order is still safely at the store waiting for you. I’m sorry to give this one star but the delivery person dropped the meat off in front of the house and didn’t ring a doorbell or an intercom and just left it there.
If we didn’t have cameras at the house we wouldn’t have known it was there. That’s just unacceptable
In response to your reply, our security team viewed the cameras and confirmed there was no attempt to ring the door or contact the client directly. Moving forward we will no longer use this delivery service.

After looking into your order, we can see that the driver did attempt to ring the doorbell and also tried to reach out to you directly — unfortunately there was no response at the time. Since the delivery instructions only requested a clear photo upon drop-off, the driver proceeded accordingly after making those attempts. That said, we completely understand how concerning it is to have a perishable delivery left outside without knowing it is there. Going forward, we recommend adding specific instructions to wait for a response or to contact you directly so we can make sure every delivery is handled exactly the way you need it.

First time using Unihop
First time using Unihop. It worked great. I could not find a way to deliver candy to my sister in time for her birthday, not even door dash or grub hub. But Unihop did it. I placed the order and the driver picked up the candy from her local candy store and delivered it to her at just the right time. Happiness delivered.
