Amazing customer service! I emailed asking if they could change the design for the child to have no hair as my son doesn't have any. This was fulfilled with no problem at all and great communication! When the product arrived it looks amazing! Great quality and value for money!

Not what I expected
For starters, the company doesn't tell you some of their products are outsource overseas, so the craftsmanship is horrible on their shoes. It took way too Ling to recieve, and the boots I ordered didn't even come in a box.
Don't waste your time or money ordering clothing from this comoany

I placed my order on Jan 21st
I placed my order on Jan 21st , I still gave no idea when I will receive my order and it is now February 14th. Which was suppose be a Valentine’s gift. Way to long delivery time. If I was told it would take more than 3 weeks I wouldn't have ordered this

My purchase
The product is good and a good gift for loved one , yet the only thing that I would say is bad is the delivery, they offer to deliver sooner with higher price yet I got the product way later than standard delivery. Over all its a nice gift .

Was supposed to arrive before Christmas, came Jan. 6th. Was not embroidered like it appeared, I bout 1 from another company and it was nice, and embroidered, came when promised. Highly disappointed !
