I asked for a quote for some equipment insurance. More information was requested, and once I provided this, I received a premium within a week, and within a couple more days the premium was paid and the policy was live. Friendly, helpful service from the person I dealt with throughout, thank you.

The renewal took place smoothly. The only negative comment I have, which I have expressed before, is the short time between the issue of the renewal and the actual renewal date. This doesn't give time to look for comparison quotes, which is probably why insurance brokers do this, but also can be an issue if somebody is away e.g. on holiday.

Really good and bespoke service, ensuring we can feel safe that ourselves and our customers are well protected should the need arise. Lucy did a great job of covering our very demanding and complicated services and ensured continuation of cover through our renewal period. Also found a great price, much less than I was expecting!
