Bed arrived broken and now I’m requesting a refund the company are not answering my calls or emails.

The bed was of poor quality. The service appears to be even poorer!

I notice that universal beds are replying saying thanks to good reviews but not commenting or offering to resolve the issues on the bad reviews.

Be very aware of this company. At point of sale quick to respond and take your money. But my god if you’re not happy or the service is poor and you no longer want the goods they literally disappear like the company never existed! Save your money and go to a more reputable company even if you have to pay a little more. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!

If I could give them zero I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a divan bed, the inside was damaged (big cracks) but not visible from the outside. I’ve been trying to get hold of them for over a month via email/telephone/the contact form on website but still not heard back and cannot get hold of them. Absolute con!

My goods where faulty and dirty so didn’t accept delivery it’s been over a month and I still have not received my money back

At first me and my husband were sceptic but now we know it was for nothing. Perfect correspondence, amazing products. Thank you for being so good at what you do and what you sell. It's absolutely worth it, recommend with both hands!

Day of ordering the communication was really good and informative. On the day of delivery the drivers were helpful and very polite. They took my bed frame up stairs for me as I have a bad back and couldn’t carry a king size bed frame upstairs. They also took away my old bed frame with the same courtesy of delivery. The bed frame is of good quality and sturdy

Nothing was said after delivery.I didnt receive screws for the headboard i requested but got no response

Very slow delivery, and when it eventually arrived there was only 1 of the 2 items I ordered inside the package.

Really good communication bed arrived on time amd very good quality really pleased with the product. Good value for money as well .

Now ignoring requests for it to be returned/collected

The bed I received wasn’t the same bed advertised. I ordered the Nueve Panel Designer Frame. I emailed straight away to ask if i could send the bed back for the one advertised or my money back.
I was finally emailed back to be told they can assure me it’s the same bed. I have sent pictures of the bed advertised and the bed I received. I have sent untold emails with NO correspondence at all. Just been completely blanked. I feel ripped off and very disheartened. They know they have conned me as they haven’t returned any of my emails. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Never again.

I ordered my headboard on the 26th April and still haven't received it a month later ( It's a 3- 10day delivery)
I've emailed the company and called a number of times and had a few emails back stating it's on it way and that they have spoken to the courier, yet every time I ask what company the courier is and a tracking number I am then ignored. I am still waiting for a response and my item.
Not impressed at all. Seems all abit like a scam to me. If someone from the company wants to get in touch then look back at all the emails and phones call.

Didn’t receive headboard. Poor communication. Don’t waste your money

Cheaply made, you get what you pay for I guess! I purchased a small double divan with drawers and head board. Box standard mdf/ply wood and fabric is stapled (poorly to the wood) feet are flimsy plastic. Wouldn’t recommend.

Took nearly a month to arrive on a 3 to 10 day expected delivery had to keep emailing for info and eventually was told the headboard had been picked up by the courier and they would chase them for delivery. When it did arrive no advance warning of delivery and it was left in the back garden in the rain only found it by chance as I had no idea it had arrived and no card had been left.
