If there was a zero star option they'd get that.
Paid for 3 months of PR.. received no news articles, no press coverage and tbh these people strike me as arrogant chancers. I have worked with external PR agencies before and achieved great success! These people have delivered nothing and decided to childishly suspend my account when I called them out on it. Petty, unprofessional and over state their abilities. Use a traditional PR person or agency and you'll get the results you pay for.

Unfortunately when you choose to complain they gaslight you. As you can see from the reply to my review. It's pointless to pay for a service with zero results! As a small business we trusted these people and feel both conned and mislead.
I hope this review and their subsequent comment is proof enough. I complained about the service, they deleted my account with no consent. There is absolutely zero justification for male business owners to take advantage of female customers. Even less justification for trying to blame the female business owner.

I have been working with No Strings Public Relations for a couple of months and have had national press coverage. I find the team great to work with and I'm looking forward to the projects we have in the pipeline

Just days into working with these guys I've been published in Marie Claire, The Express, The Star and more! They are so lovely to deal with - very personable approach which is often lacking in PR agency world. Really excited to continue working with this great team - a true shining star in the market with a unique and affordable offering. I could not recommend them enough to smaller businesses ad thought leaders in niche markets and beyond.

I used this company who initially did get some press work, it was short lived therefore I decided to suspend my account!

Today they have restarted my subscription without prior consent and taken monies from an old bank account without discussing the restart first.

Upon contacting they company they have been very unhelpful and also very unprofessional with regards to the matter so much so I am having to go via trading standards and my bank to get my money back.

I never review companies but I feel I need to warn others of this company and will be doing so on platform!
