Such a Great Company, with lots of opportunities - The team are super fast at replying and are always there to answer any questions or help when needed. I have only been with them a couple of months and have been featured in FORBES

Easily the best PR agency around! I've tried plenty and this is the only one that has actually shown results, getting in numerous publications and articles! Definitely sticking around!

I was approached via email by this company, but sadly the staff member who reached out didn’t realise I had already been let down to the tune of several hundred pounds by the previous company that Jordan ran into the ground.
I questioned them but to no response, so I questioned on social media and they deleted my comments and blocked me.
These people leave a bad taste in the mouths of those they have let down. I am waiting to be told by the insolvency service how much I’ll receive - probably nothing.

Surprisingly prompt as it’s gone 10pm, as if you’re on the look out for bad reviews. Like the 14 that have already been investigated and removed (just look at the transparency stats).

I certainly don’t have the wrong company - I have the email from a staff member listed on your website, I have evidence I’m blocked on your Facebook page, and I have evidence of a link between Unlockd and Sanity. My review is valid, and the evidence has been shared with Trustpilot.

I have updated the title as I did indeed lose a deposit from the previous company (which should have been ringfenced as it was due to be returned before any announcement was made), but looking at the unlockd website you now take a retainer.

I wish your clients and yourselves luck. Hopefully you’ve now found a business model which won’t let small businesses down. I will not be one of those small businesses. You will never find my company name on your books.

You know, Lisa, rather than attacking my own business, why don't you own the facts? In the last few days you and (likely) a colleague from a linked email address left libellous reviews on my business profile (which have now both been removed - yours by TrustPilot without me flagging it as it broke so many of their rules, and the second presumably by the person who posted it) that attacked both my business and me personally. You have also, in your current response (you replaced your previous one) have named my business and have quoted *out of context* sections of an email that were not sent to you, and are protected by data protection rules.
I am very happy to discuss your concerns if you ever tried to contact me directly - but you haven't. You've attacked and attacked, and tried unsuccessfully to get my *verified* review removed.

I am being threatened this evening via email by Jordan with legal proceedings. As a representative of your company and someone you admit is a colleague of yours, this is not a good look.

You know what I would have done? The way I posted your review on my facebook page and laughed about it? If I were you, I'd have replied to my review with the following:

“Hi Pip, I’m really sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Sanity Marketing. Yes, Jordan works here. Yes, there were problems with his previous company - which is why he isn’t in charge of this one, and unlockd works on a different business model that leaves no potential for unreturned funds (as you experienced) because everything is free with us until press is published for our clients.
I understand your review, and would hope that in future you feel differently.
Once again, unlockd is not Sanity.

Of course, this didn't happen, which is odd as you'd have thought that someone working in PR should know that no news is bad news, and you could have spun it with my review being just one of 25 - with the other (seemingly unverified) reviews all being five stars from current happy clients.

Sadly, that's not what you did. You went down a very bad road.

I'm not going to address the content of my private email that you've left in your response, as I hope you will soon delete it. Suffice to say, it does not tell the full story. It was sent to a Sanity email address (which you say you were not involved in) not to you. What I will say is that I responded to Jordan immediately on receipt of his email, letting him know that I would respond in full to your comments - but would wait first. An hour has passed and nothing has changed, and this is a fast-moving world.

I want nothing from you except for you to leave me and my business alone. If you and Jordan can just agree to that, we can leave it here.

As a fashion startup, these guys have been helping me get glowing press reviews. Would highly recommend them.

I've been signed up to a bunch of these press release kind of organisations but never really had any meaningful response. This is in complete contrast to my experience with Unlocked where immediately, on first attempt there was contact with journalists who included my content in their publications. Such a great result. Would highly recommend.

Theres lots of opportunity for you to get great PR if you are willing to put the work in also. Their model which is surely disrupting the PR industry is definitely a plus for any small business owner.
