Excellent service- reasonable prices. Most definitely recommend.

good choice of items, really fast delivery, will use again

The item I ordered could not be delivered as the only one available was damaged. These things happen but I am still waiting for a refund. Money was taken immediately but will not be refunded for 10 working days. I my opinion money should not be taken until a stock check is completed.

Ordered a oven wrong oven was delivered we took that one as replaced and it was faulty.Waited over a week for engineer to fix oven had wrong details.Took ages to sort refund.Very bad customer service.

Although it was kerbside delivery, it was raining so oven was put in hall

excellent service very patient. would recommend and use again.

Price was great, delivery was fast and after care was personal and professional. Around a great service. Defo use them again.

Excellent service with fast delivery.
Oven as described and undamaged.
Definitely use them again.

Builders Bay were unable to supply as the item was not in stock, took a few days to receive the money back. On a positive, communication was good once they confirmed that it was not available.

Everything went very well, very happy with product. Service and communication first class. Will use again.

Saw a washing machine and purchased it from their site.... 3 hours later told they don’t have item in stock, but had one for £50 more and a lower spin speed... Had to wait 4/5 days for refund to turn back up in my account. My advise, Don’t advertise and take payment until you’re sure it’s in stock

Great buying experience, with quick delivery and good communication from team at Builders Bay.

Item arrived on time and in perfect condition. Service was very good.

Best price I found on the Internet, was unsure about ordering as I thought it was trade only. Top marks plus to the delivery driver. I was 200 miles away and he couldn’t find the property (it is rural). He found it via phone calls and even put the oven in the garage. Lucky for me as it was during storm Dennis and the garage flooded but the oven was safe as it was on a pallet. My only criticism would be that I received a message 2 hours AFTER delivery stating my delivery would be arriving. The track your delivery does not appear to be updated regularly. All in all I would order from this company again.

Great service, delivery made on time +++

Cooker hood/chimney delivered in excellent time in excellent condition.. Flawless service

Excellent price for the dishwasher I bought. However delivery wasn't the best, or communication re the delivery. Other than that fine

Ordered double oven, delivered on time. Great service, I would recommend Builders Bay and use their services again. Cannot fault them. 5+ stars.
