I was disappointed because most of the options I wanted were out of stock of the kits, patterns and colours that I liked and I wasnt being that fussy....I tried to look at options not as a kit, but many of the needle sizes & types were also out of stock. This may of course be due to issues out of your control (ie freight, deliveries, lockdowns etc and I totally accept that. However please note that you e-mail address keeps bouncing back from both my computer and my husbands and the "Contact Us" tab dosent seem to go anywhere (at least I didnt/havent heard back from you), it would have been good to have been able to communicate with you and for you to advise me of the situation. Also you dont have a contact phone number on your website. Saying that once I had compromised on getting something to knit your service and delivery have been amazing and I am totally looking forward to getting my next purchase even if it isnt quite what I wanted.

Friendly helpful staff. Prompt service and the ability to return a full skein for refund has this company at the top of my list for yarn pruchase

Fabulous to deal with the girls....I had a little hick up with delivery and they re-sent my parcel very quickly once I advised them. Love the wool and all the bits and pieces.
