I am glad Google found me this company. Beat competitors by a mile on price. Speed to process my order and get part to delivery firm, for next day delivery, was unbelievable. Ordered part at 9.43 and had an email from parcelforce at 10.15 saying it was being despatched. Arrived the next day at around 12 noon. Absolutely fantastic service, well done "Unvented", ten out of ten from me.

Unfortunately, on reception of the goods that I ordered from Unvented Components Europe, (easy ordering process and rapid delivery), the parts turned out to be incompatible with my installation. However, the returns process was rapid, unquestioning and efficient with the refund appearing in my account two days later. As a result, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Unvented Components Europe again in the future and they would be my first port of call.

Really competitive pricing, fast delivery and excellent communication. Had a faulty component which was replaced immediately and without hesitation(faults happen!!)

In May 2025 I bought an unvented Gledhill cylinder plys other items, no problem however when I tried to return the cylinder, my nightmare commenced, they didacted half of my money and is taking up to know to recibe the money they unlawfully decided to return. Very bad company do not recommend it

Our heating engineer recommended us as we needed a new pressure release valve. It wasn’t a straight replacement as our old one was discontinued. We got great advice, the new valve was dispatched the same day, email communications kept us informed on delivery and our new valve arrived safely packaged and earlier than expected. All in all a 1st class service all the way. Thank you.

Old pump had ceased and this new pump head made it so easy, no stuck isolating valves or drain down just 4 screws and reconnect wiring. The new pump head is a quality unit at an excellent price and arrived on time.

What superb service I received from UCE. The lady I spoke to on the phone was both helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the requirements of my Gledhill system. After my independent local plumber established that I had been given a wrong diagnosis of the cause of the dripping by the plumber from the large company that actually installed my system, I was in a bit of a panic as we were going away in 2 days time. I ordered the new valve and the expansion vessel (as suggested by the sales lady) at about 15:30 and I collected the parts from my local Parcelforce depot at 09:30 next morning. My plumber came back and fitted both new parts that afternoon and the dripping is completely cured. All within 24 hours of contacting UCE.
Sadly it is quite rare to find an online company providing such a professional, speedy and good value service.
