One of the most consistent online retailers out there, I make business purchases from these guys through Amazon and eBay and am never let down.

Fantastic prices, combined with speedy delivery makes this company stand out. Often the quoted delivery times are bettered. Maybe I should try ordering through their website next!

Very helpful in changing my order when I realised I had picked the wrong expansion vessel. Fast delivery even on the free standard delivery option (ordered Thursday 3pm, arrived Saturday 9am). And a better price than what my plumber could get!

I keyed a rather long search term into Google in the hope of finding a like match for an unvented pressure vessel that needed to be replaced. Unvented Components came up with the exact part at the best price. I ordered it online Sunday evening with free delivery and it arrived at lunchtime today (tracked with advance notice of its arrival slot). Cannot ask for better than that! They have express, paid for, delivery options too if you need something really quickly.

Ordered a safety part for a hot water system from Unvented Components and paid for £16.80 for 'DHL Guaranteed next day before 13.00' delivery and had a plumber waiting for the part the following day. Part finally turned up at 14.20. After spending hours on the phone and web trying to contact DHL to claim a refund, finally realised that DHL are impossible to contact for after sales issues, so instead contacted Unvented Components. They apologised for the late delivery and promptly refunded the £16.80, which I thought was very fair of them considering that it was DHL who had not fulfilled their delivery guarantee. Happy with the service and the product, would order from Unvented Components again.

Their website showed the item as in stock. The payment was taken immediately. However, when the part did not turn up, I chased via customer services and was informed that the part was awaiting delivery from the supplier (i.e. was NOT in stock), but would arrive any day. After 2 weeks of constant chasing with no useful information, I cancelled the order and went to another supplier who delivered it the following day.
Disgraceful that this company would mark an item as in stock, and then just mis-lead a customer about a critical part.

I found the staff extremely helpful, product as described and delivery promptly, will defo use again.

I drove 250 miles round trip to collect a part and it was not the right part even though I showed them the old part. Bit dopey to say the least
