I recently ordered a dressing table from Upcite, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless — easy ordering, prompt delivery, and excellent communication throughout.

The dressing table itself is fabulous — beautifully designed, sturdy, and clearly made with care and quality craftsmanship. It looks even better in person than in the pictures! Every detail is perfect, and it adds such elegance to my space.

After spending near enough £1,000, you'd expect some communication. Zero has been received, i can't tell if its incompetence or just a scam.

Very happy with my beautiful piece. Easy and smooth transaction from beginning to end

The communication at the start was good and I was excited to receive my piece. However, an arrival the courier refused to carry it into the house, (despite paying a lot of money for delivery) and left it outside.

It was packaged very well but unfortunately there was some damage to the cupboard which I felt could be painted over.
6 weeks on I am till waiting for the touch up paint to arrive.
In addition, if I use the top of the cupboard to place a vase or ornament it sticks and pulls the paint off in tiny amounts.
I asked if it had been protected by a top coat and was assured that it was (as I would of done it myself)
but now I am left with spots gone back to the original wood, no touch up paint and a piece of furniture that I no longer like due these issues and the cupboard doors being misaligned.
The £600 spent has been a total waste of money and I wish I had just bought something new.
They look nice initially, but the paint won't last and stay nice.

Edit to my previous review: I did eventually receive the sideboard after a lot of back and forth, and the seller reached out to me. It arrived with a few scratches but that’s not the sellers fault and can be touched up. The experience however was rather stressful. I wish the seller had been as proactive from the start and not only after I complained, as it is simply nerve wrecking to spend close to £1000 and then never really hear from them and having to chase them repeatedly and the item not being delivered when it was agreed. Overall I am happy with the sideboard, but my experience wasn’t great and that’s how I genuinely feel.
