Fast shipping, great bike, easy assembly, and nice starter bike accessories:)

Hmm it’s a bit of a mixed bag unfortunately. They oh great at answering the phone without annoying automation and being able to speak to the same person more than once is nice. They also have a great range of bikes.

Unfortunately, their customer service is just a little bit lacking. There was a delay on my bike order at the last minute, however, the email sent was very blunt and without any further information regarding when I could expect the bike or what the problem was. I called and was told that that they were busy which is why the email was short and offered no apology. I was also told that this is what you get when you order from an online retailer. I explained that I had ordered from Uprise as they were a store not an online retailer.

I phoned on Monday and was told that the tyres were a problem and they could only get the black version not the tan walled ones that come with the bike unless I waited a long and indeterminate time for them. I agreed to take the black tyres and they grudgingly offered a £20 voucher as compensation.

However the worst part of the service is that the delivery service is via TNT and they do not offer any kind of information on when you can expect the delivery other than a 11 hour time frame. So you have to take a day off as they also won’t deliver to your work address if you use the 0% finance. I don’t gat holiday pay so delivery has cost me £140 in missed income. I would have happily paid for a better delivery service!

Uprise were brilliant, I found the bike I wanted for a cheaper price than everywhere else, and they delivered in good time with fab comms along the way.
My bike came with clear instructions and all the tools I needed to put together the couple of bits left to do post shipping. Highly recommend them, thanks to the Uprise team!

I am very happy with the service given when purchasing my new bike. I wanted it for our holiday on the Thursday and ordered it the weekend before. I enquired as to whether I would receive it in time and was expecting it by Wednesday/Thursday and was very surprised when it arrived on the Tuesday. Great Customer service!!

Excellent service and highly recommended, very response and clear communication before placing the order and once the order was placed the bike was dispatched very quickly and I received the bike quicker than I was expecting.

The order was placed and the cycle prepared to a hood stand. Delivery wasp prompt and onvtime. The cycle is exactly as described.
