Bought 3 ‘ready to fruit’ kits, took weeks to arrive and none of them have fruited, only grew mould. Contacted customer service multiple times, no reply. Waste of nearly £100 would not recommend.

Easy to follow the manual and grew mushrooms as advertised! They tasted delicious! Would recommend

Attempted to buy 2 mushroom growing kits from their website. It stated 10% off if you buy two kits but at the check out the offer didn't show and there was no promo code given to apply. Received no reply to my customer service inquiry. It just put me off buying from them, especially after reading some of the other reviews. Online shopping experience should be straightforward.

My son received a mushroom grow kit for Christmas, we went to use the kit and realised that the spawn voucher was missing. After emailing the customer care I received an email back extremely quickly, Alice’s customer care was exemplary and we received spawn the very next day. They were so very efficient and friendly.
The kit itself contained everything a first time grower would need and the instructions were easy to follow.
I would highly recommend this company and will use it over other well known companies I have used previously.

The equipment and instructions provided in their White Elm Oyster Mushroom grow-bag kit was easy to use and understand. The results of the kit was as described and any other accompanying advice was clear and to the point. Now awaiting my fourth harvest of mushrooms and will not hesitate make further purchases from them.

I absolutely love Urban Farm It. There products are so easy to use and provide great results. The mushrooms I grew are the tastiest I have ever had. Looking forward to my next flush 🍄 Great company, I would highly recommend them 👌🏻

Very disappointed with two kits gifted to me, both of which only produced one flush each. Tried to follow the instructions to the letter for the first kit until the first flush and then was extra careful with the next one keeping it at the correct temperature appropriate for each stage. As mushrooms are obviously a living organism there are probably a number of extra factors affecting their growth.

Great kit, spawn delivered quickly after ordering and nice simple instructions. Great for beginners

I was very excited about getting our oyster mushroom kit under way. When the prescribed period of time arrived, there were no mushrooms to be seen. I emailed and then phoned Alice, an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable employee who talked me through the process again and suggested a few tweaks.I have great pleasure in reporting that we have had some utterly delicious mushrooms and they are still coming!
Alice is delightful and has asked for an update on the progress of our mushrooms.
The firm is first rate and really cares about it’s products and also its customers. I would highly recommend them.

An amazing product! The spores arrived quickly and in great condition. I played pretty fast and loose with the instructions, leaving the substrate to sit for more than the recommended 8 hours before inoculating, but I still managed to grow some great mushrooms! Already planning my next order.

I got a mushroom kit for my birthday in December, but it hadn't fruited yet and had gotten mouldy. I knew this was likely something I had done incorrect, so I emailed the customer support team just to get some advise so I don't make the same mistake next time I get a kit. I had a prompt response from Alice who was extremely helpful and explained why I had the issue and made it a lot clearer to me. Already went beyond what most other companies would have done. But on top of that, she also offered to send out a replacement kit so I can give it another go! So excited to get my new kit and try it out again, and hopefully everything will go well now I learnt where I went wrong! Thankyou Alice and everyone at the Urban Farm-It Team!

What amazing customer service. The growing instructions are very explicit and straightforward but they did not produce any mushrooms. It is a very intense process. However without question they sent a replacement kit. Here we go again. It is such a pleasure to deal with them. I highly recommend Urban Farm-IT and their friendly efficient team.

I've had the oyster mushrooms growing kit since Christmas and am on my second fruiting already! It's been amazing watching them grow in my home office and it's one of the highlights of my day when I come in ever morning and see how much bigger they are! We used our first fruiting to go with some steaks for valentines day, fried up with some homegrown garlic and they were great!

We've already started looking at which mushrooms to grow next and looking at getting a bed at our allotment for them!

Had a problem with my pasteurisation process that lead to mould developing unfortunately (my own fault as the conditions werent perfected)

They kindly replaced my kit without any issues to give me another shot at doing it, not sure there are many places left that go above and beyond for customers like this anymore. highly recommended

Excellent kit - worked very well (white elm oyster mushrooms), instructions were very clear, really fun for the family to watch them grow, especially as they grew extremely quickly once they had emerged, tasty, would recommend strongly. Excellent customer service and support when we had some queries.
