The hit was really fun to build, and it was made really well. It’s really show accurate for a high grade and it is very flexible. Freedom gundam is also just such a cool gundam, and this kit captures that perfectly.

My first order from this site was a very large set and for only $10 it was shipped to me within 48 hours! It's so rare to have your expectations exceeded and I couldn't have been happier.

Overall, a mixed customer service experience. I had just placed my first order using the 10% new-customer discount, and shortly afterward USA Gundam Store released a 20% sitewide sale. I reached out to see if anything could be done regarding the price difference.

While the situation was not initially handled the way I had hoped, I appreciate that the matter was ultimately resolved. I understand that promotions have terms and that adjustments aren't always possible, but I do think offering some flexibility can go a long way, especially with new customers.

I'm glad we were able to reach a resolution, and hopefully future situations like this can be handled more smoothly.
