Love my floor lamp and it arrived well packaged. I was a little sceptical at first as it was a bargain price of £60 however I was very surprised at the quality...steady heavy solid floor lamp easy to put together.

I'll definitely be back.

The light fitting is lovely and was delivered on time
But the bulbs that were ordered with the light fitting
arrived a couple of days later therefore the electrician who was fitting the light had no bulbs. I found them a bit fiddly to insert but probably just me.

Sent the wrong shade, sent an email over the weekend and had no response. My apologies for that error I didn’t realise they were closed over the weekend. When I did receive a response I was told I had been sent the correct shade because of the code on the box, on pressing further I suggested they read the description they had on there website.
“Reni, set, go! Meet the style solution you've been looking for, the medium Reni drum lampshade. Finished in a sumptuous black velvet, this pendant shade also has a metallic chrome interior that adds glamour to any room.”
The response I received from Lily was “When the description states Black Velvet, this would be advising how deep the colour is and not the material” 😮
The simple and easy solution would have been to apologise for the incorrect shade being sent, and if it is the case that they are no longer making the shade in velvet just say so, or if they are then send out the correct shade and collect the incorrect shade at the same time. Instead of trying to insult a customer’s intelligence!
Very odd customer service, which has put me off ever ordering from this company or recommending them.
