I received the lights and they look good but the delivery firm that you used were not good. They threw the box over a very high fence to land on the ground. Thankfully nothing was broken

I got it on sale looks beautiful in my sitting room and it's well made. Couldn't ask anything more

Sorry but it seems very hard for dyslexics like me to contact you. We put our light up looks amazing but it wont turn off - has a remote. Can you plz tell us why or send another control. Regards Genevieve Matthews

Ordered a Value Lights tripod lamp via Amazon. Listed as DHL delivery. Sent Evri. Tripod shelf faulty - one hole had been drilled too deep to secure. Sent message via Amazon and said I’d be happy with a replacement shelf provided they checked it to ensure it too wasn’t faulty. They said they would. Second shelf arrived today. Replacement has 2 holes that have been drilled wrong. Two issues here: 1) Supplier clearly hadn’t checked my item #poorcustomerservice 2).My item was clearly poorly manufactured #shoddyworkmanship Solution: leave multiple reviews and never buy from them again.

Really impressed with my order. The lamp arrived much quicker than expected; it was well-packaged and in perfect condition. The quality feels solid and well-made, especially considering the price. It looks great in the room and does the job brilliantly. Would happily buy from here again!

I didnt receive the actual light shades I had ordered, but……it doesn’t matter because the ones that arrived were nicer than the ones I had originally ordered!
Great service, the lights came the next day & im not even going to knock a star off due to the wrong shades being sent. Turns out these are preferable.
I will definitely use value lights again as their prices are really good, some companies charge 3 times more than value lights & that’s just greedy
