Quick delivery, Excellent product

It was exactly what I wanted. The only improvement would be if there was the option of a timer switch, or a remote control, to save me going outside to turn it off as I have mobility issues.

I received a table lamp that arrived damaged and faulty. The glass shade has a visible chip on the top edge and residue/smudges on the glass, looking used or defective right out of the box.

To make matters worse, I had previously emailed customer support with a query about a smoked glass shade for my lamp and never received any reply. Overall, a very disappointing experience with both product quality and communication. I am returning the item for a full refund.

purchased a lovely cluster 3-light pendant for hallway. arrived as expected. unfortunately a mishap whilst inserting meant i needed a replacement part.

value lights would not issue the replacement/spare part (even after offering to pay!) as the damage was incurred after delivery and having received product.

also, don't bother ringing their listed phone number as it is perpetually unavailable.

if i knew customer service was going to be this unhelpful i probably would not have ordered from them.

I bought three types of lights from here - the hallway ones both broke in less than a month, the wardrobe ones starting falling off in less than 2 months, and by the end of the summer, half of the outside ones had snapped off. Value really doesn't mean quality..!
