The lamp shades are absolutely lovely, and have improved the rooms they are in.

Really full of colour and well made.

ValueLights have been good to deal with but one of the products was delivered by Evri who left the parcel outside and it was stolen.

Often find when ordering on line that the product arrives looking nothing like the one I thought I was getting. This was not the case with Valuelights. The lamp bases were exactly what I wanted and were the same as the ones I thought I was getting. No problem with delivery and all done quickly

Good communication throughout the return process

I’ve just opened one of the lights to see how it looks physically, and I’m over the moon — it’s absolutely phenomenal.

The diameter of the light is huge and the pictures really don’t do it any justice. Unfortunately there’s been a slight change in our plans so our electrician will now be coming in October to fit all the lights. We’re very confident they’ll look brilliant once installed as they already look impressive straight out of the box.

Lights are stunning thank you!. Wanted simple glass globe but these are ridged which throws a stunning pattern across ceiling and walls. We've put a lower wattage amber downstairs and white bulb top hall and both look great and more expensive than they were!

I ordered a water feature with next day delivery and booked a tradesman to complete a gravel and slabs area and install the feature. It didn’t arrive until 5 days later as the company use that useless Evri delivery company. Apparently our local driver was on holiday and nothing was delivered until he returned. How a company exists on one man heaven knows. Unfortunately ValueLights were no help at all . I was told they had emailed Evri for a delivery date and expected a response in 24 to 48 hours. After this time elapsed I asked for their response only to be told it was a generic email ( code words for a lie ) as they didn’t actually send anything. The water feature is very nice but I will not buy again from a company that I cannot trust and certainly not from one using Evri.

I can’t fault one thing!! I literally placed my order at 9:30pm on a Friday evening and it’s was delivered at lunchtime the following day. Unbelievable delivery service!!!
