Valuelights - Morrigan Grey Wood Tripod Floor Lamp with Large Grey Shade
I ordered this tripod floor lamp and it was delivered the next day. The only downside on delivery was that it was standard delivery and tracking was not available. The timescale given by DX courier was all day 8am to 6pm.which is a bit of a bind having to remain at home all day. The product is of excellent quality and looks great in the living room.

Excellent customer service
I placed an order which was very straightforward, following this I had a couple of queries which were dealt with very promptly and efficiently. Delivery of the item was also super quick. I would definitely order from this company again.

Was slightly disappointed with this…
Was slightly disappointed with this purchase. During the day when the sun shines it worked fine, but as soon as the sun goes in it stops. It hasn't once worked at night time. In my opinion i wouldn't recommend.

Very well packaged
Very well packaged. Excellent quality materials ( real wood stand) and easy to assemble. Very pleased - looks way more expensive than the price would indicate

Great value lighting
Great value lighting. Little disappointed with base and the fixings for slim metal upright to be more secure as it wobbles slightly- Screw fixings there could be more defined . Otherwise quite happy with the product.

Lamp hinges were all broken. And struggling to find out how to return.
Value lights contacted me and sorted out the problem very quickly. I had bought previously from them and was very happy with previous purchase. But glad to say they have been excellent in resolving this. Thank you
