I wanted to book a minibus for 11 days for which I received an email quote which was quiet competitive, so I called them to go ahead with the booking, the guy on the call was very hesitant to proceed with the booking and said he will get back to me after checking some details. next morning I received an email saying we don't have vehicle available but we can arrange it through our partner with 25% more price. all of that without a single apology, when I asked them to reconsider their price they were rude to me. why you quoted me the price if vehicle was not available? if it was a mistake (which shouldn't happen in first place) you should apologize and also try to compensate your customer instead of showing attitude.
