Spent 2 hours on the phone trying to…
Spent 2 hours on the phone trying to change some policy details, cannot get through to anybody whatsoever. Sat in a dealership waiting to change my insurance details so I can drive away and im completely stranded. Why is it so damn hard to speak to a helpful human person these days?

Had various issues with my policy as my case as pretty complexed, spoke to a pleasant young chap by the the name of Max, he fixed all my issues in a very timely fashion and was professional throughout, it was refreshing to deal with someone like Max, who was more than helpful and reassuring. Useless service
The person I spoke with refused to accept the fact that gardeners work in the horticulture industry. After several minutes of attempting to explain this, they then incorrectly listened my industry as agriculture.
Also for some unknown reason, they wouldn't accept that I have the right to park on my own driveway, despite me offering to send a copy of my title deeds (which confirms this) and a copy of the statutory declaration signed by the previous owner confirming that the owner of my house has had uninterrupted right to park on that land since the 1940's.
With each discussion, the price of the policy increased.
I am frankly disgusted.
