What a waste of time this company is. Paid for 3 boxes of vapes over £100 to be told favours are out of stock. Cancelled order and still waiting for refund after 2 weeks. Messaging then and they are always promising refund has been requested but never happens. Thankfully this was a credit card so I have had to contact them to try and retrieve my refund. Please think twice about using this company

SCAMMERS!!!! If I could possibly give this company no stars I would. I bought a vape and paid £7.99 for next day delivery. I’m still waiting for my order, despite repeated emails and messages and I was just getting passed from pillar to post with them just lying through their teeth. I have spent the last 7 days constantly on the phone trying to get my money back. The last WhatsApp message I received was asking me for my bank details to process a refund because their own bank didn’t work to process my refund “mmmm” don’t think so!! Hopefully you read all the reviews before you consider going anywhere near these scammers. I honestly don’t know how they are still trading. BEWARE and honestly keep your money or buy from a reputable company.

Placed a order come up as in stock then instead of emailing and saying they don’t have them they WhatsApp me trying to get me to have a different one because they don’t have them so i said no want a refund they still kept trying to get me to have different but i said no want refund so they finally agreed to refund but they didn’t so kept messaging back asking were my refund was they just never replied and they must have blocked me as my messages only showing 1 tick so not even going through to them so now got to go through my bank to try and my money back which will take ages

Still not received the order from November ( It's now March!)
Emails are ignored and non of the phone lines are answered.

Really bunch of scammers lucky you not a local shop I would have came and dealt with you in person and get my money back on the spot.I was looking to buy hayati 4000 pro mixed flavours that was showing on their website and contacted them to find out what flavours they got in stock and got a reply with the flavours they have in stock.So I placed my order and texted my order number with the flavours I would like.I got an email reply telling me that there was glitch on their website they dont sell mixed flavour of the item I ordered and to choose one flavours.I told them the only reason I have bought was because It showed I can mix the flavours.So I asked them to hold on ill look around other website that sell hayati pro 4000 mix flavours.after finding another place I requested a refund since they couldn't provide what I have ordered.They didnt reply or didnt pick up my calls and till monday when I sent a text saying ill report it to my bank that you misold me something that was not availlable and I requested a refund and you been ignoring my emails and calls.Later an Indian man call me saying his name was noah and my order has been dispatched and its on the way and they are very sorry.he checked the tracking and gave me a tracking number of Dpd showing its been delivered behind a bin and he is very sorry he would sort me out next time.i told him I havent received nothing and how they been ignoring my message and now telling me they already delivered mix flavours of their own choice.long story and as I told him I havent received anything at all he said he will call back in 30 min and blocked me since.Better watch out of this scammers

READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE LOOSING YOUR MONEY. I placed an order i wish i read the reviews prior. They keep saying they have refunded me but no refund has landed. The amount of lies they will tell you if pretty funny.

I am in the process of speaking with trading standards and with my bank. I will also be going to small claims court just to cause hassle for these con men.

This company is scummers they will take your money and stall you for your order and they will never send you your product nor will they refund you so stay well away from this scummers

WORST COMPANY. have given this company so much money in the past, then placed an order in December, obviously not received anything. Thief happily took my money. Have tried making contact but keep getting ignored. Will tell you they have been sent out and then when you ask for tracking number message gets ignored. Hope 2026 brings you nothing but ill fortune and misery. And you life the rest of your life with nothing!!!!!

Do not use!! I have brought from these before and didn’t realise they had turned into a scam company.
I spent £194 27th October and 6 weeks later and lots of messages and emails I still have nothing. They keep messaging me promising me they will send Monday but it never comes. Absolute scamming. I believe in karma and it will be back to bite you up the arse!!!

Used to be a good company but waited 4 weeks for previous order and now nearly 2 months. Lots of ignored messages then promised order going out on certain day but still nothing. I have had lots of excuses but also worryingly out of last order 8 faulty vapes that stayed on oozing hot oil everywhere and still not received replacements. Do not hand over any money to this company. Do not place an order with them. I placed an order for £164 two weeks ago. Delivery stated 1-2 days and ive still not recieved it. Royal mail tracking states theyre waiting for the parcel. Ive tried calling multiple times, no answer and the voicemail box is full, ive emailed multiple times, ive messaged on WhatsApp. No responses at all. Im contacting my bank, the police, and trading standards. Do not buy from this company. They are scammers.

Paid £150 plus delivery was told products where on the way even got a Royal Mail delivery email saying they’re waiting for the product to be sent to them , still not received anything at all . Ordered over £200 worth of vapes on 11/9/25 and still no sign of my order have spoke to them on the phone 3 times and every time I've been promised next day delivery after having to listen to staff shortages and new staff but no sign of my order now no one answers the phone and replies to email

I have ordered nealy £500 worth of stock in September, and not received anything or any communications or any refund by the end of November 2025.

100% a scam £250 order and nothing sent. Phone number goes to a full inbox. Email address bounces back. Avoid 100%. My next step is police. Trading atandards and bank to claim refund

This is an update on a previous review, my bank has refunded my money and frozen the accounts of this company. Lo and behold they contacted me today telling me that my order is getting dispatched and can I tell the bank.
Bearing in mind I repeatedly tried to contact them last week phone and email nothing !

Do not use this company total fraudsters !!!
