Had a few good deliveries with no issues but this time I ordered £460 worth, no dispatch email, no answer on the phone number, nothing. Absolute joke of a company. Been waiting nearly a week when should have been next day delivery.

NEW UPDATE: THIS GUYS ARE ALSO DISGUISED UNDER ANOTHER NAME "CRYSTAL VAPE".
I WILL KEEP DIGGING INFO ON THEM AND UPDATE MY REVIEW
I'm one of the last victims of scam from this guys.
Placed a order of £226 and till now still waiting for it to be dispatched.
Tried to call land-line no one answer the phone.
Managed to find three WhatsApp accounts but again trying to call is pointless and when finally they reply to the numerous messages sent their response is basic and only lies.
Website doesn't even have a business address, but on that again I managed to find a address and the name of the person in charge of the company because all of them do hide their identity behind the company name.
All of this are massive signs of scam.
Luckily I paid with my credit card so I can and will apply for a charge back.
I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE WHO GOT SCAMMED BY THEM TO DO A REPORT ON ACTION FRAUD LIKE MYSELF, the more reports they get the quicker they send the relevant authorities and now I will report them to the trading standards and Birmingham local authorities.

SCAM WARNING – £213 LOST
I was scammed out of £213 by this company. My order number is VAW7260 — I’ve called over 10 times, and not once have they provided a tracking number or proof of dispatch. It’s been days and I haven’t received anything. I’ve now reported the company to the relevant authorities. Do NOT order from here — this is a massive scam. Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE: I have already contacted you by email, letter, call and text message and ONLY when you received a notice of intention from Trading Standards did I receive my money back. I asked for a full complaint response including how you planned to make this horrible situation right and I was ignored again. So no thank you- I won't be contacting you again and I plan to make certain every one knows how shocking you are as a business. ***Order VAW6639. Ordered 21/3/25 with a 1-2 business day delivery fee of £7.99 total order of around £203. I got a call on 27/3/25 to confirm they didn't have all the vapes I ordered. I asked for a refund as I was expecting the vapes by 27/3/25. Chased this via email, text and call. Ignored my emails and texts. I called on 3/4/25 and they apologised confirming they had put the refund request in and they could see I haven't got my order, the refund would take another 7 days. I called again 10/4/25, refund hadn't been processed and no reason for this, offered to send me vapes and I explained several times I had already ordered elsewhere (vape online store- excellent- free delivery for orders over 40 and they deliver literally the next 2 days sometimes sooner) and now simply needed the money back. I was struggling to pay for food for my kids and I needed the money as I really wasn't expecting it to take this long! She promised a refund within 1-2 days. Call again 11/4/25 now the refund will take 3-5 days. I absolutely have no confidence they will refund me, I asked for their manager and got the number for a man called Rajah and of course no answer on his phone, nor reply by text message. If there is no reply by 3 today, I think I'll be reporting them to trading standards via citizen's advice. It does seem as though they are not taking me seriously at all and don't care about how this has affected me. I will not be using them ever again.
