Bookers didnt listen carefully enough to the address.
Driver told me I had given the wrong pick up address!!!!
I waited for over half an hour on a wet, chilly pavement for a taxi promised in minutes.
Driver who eventually picked me up said that he had had a number of complaints from others about these very points.

I don't mind waiting, but if I'm told 5 minutes I don't want to wait 40. If its 40 I'll stay inside in the warm until the taxi arrives.

I have used a Veezu firm before and it was a fabulous experience. This was rubbish. (with the exception of the final driver)

I couldn't find an email address to make my complaint directly......so have written this review instead.

Absolutely shocking , paid for
My ride via the app and the driver said scan your card on my chip and pin so I can confirm it’s you , so basically paid £30 x2 told them I’m happy to send
Bank statement showing they said it would be refunded 24 hours
Later . It wasn’t , said we can’t do nothing go through our website
Service and email them will hear back the next day , again nothing , I’m now having to raise payment dispute with my bank which I will get back but in a few weeks. Please guys don’t use or be very very careful ,

Newport South Wales. Used the Veezu app to book and pay for our taxi from Newport train station. Got one straight away. Very reasonable price, driver polite and courteous. No complaints whatsoever and will definately use this app again

App was really easy to use to book and for when I had to edit the booking because we need the taxi earlier. The driver was a really nice fella, courteous and friendly .

Absolutely useless, driver went to wrong address first then told me he didn’t have a card machine and only accepted cash, tried to tell me that most of the drivers only accept cash, what a load of rubbish! Despite text promoting card payments! I had to go to a cash machine in the pouring rain! Not happy! Total rip off, £4 more than previous trips! I’ve deleted app, will never use again! On being discharged from St James' hospital, I was picked up On time.
Then during the journey home, a small child ran out, right in front of the taxi. It was only the drivers rapid reactions and observations, that prevented a serious accident and injury.
I have notified Veezu of the drivers rapid reactions and my pick up time to praise the driver, good work fella.
Praise where it is due!

Terrible service, no point in pre booking as they are always late!

Booked a taxi over an hour in advance as I had a train ticket booked. Come the collection time nothing, still looking!!! Missed my train now and I will pursue ticket costs with Veezu. Utter garbage taxi company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Account closed and app deleted!!!

I was robbed of £20 for a journey that took 10 minutes into town from my location. Rarely have I had a trustworthy experience with this company. AVOID

Hospital appointment, charged a reasonable £22.60 outward but I was shocked to be charged £30.90 for the return journey, I felt I was being taken advantage of and my illness, pity really because otherwise the service was excellent.

Customer service has gone downhill

Ever since Veezu took over from Drive, I observed the customer service has gone downhill. Sad and a shame.
From the drivers to the phone operators. Condescending and not good.

Do not trust that they will get to you in time. Drivers are lovely, call centre colleagues seem so too but don’t live locally and have no idea where anything is. 20mins late with no notice or advice despite knowing that it was for a hospital appointment.

£9 Uber charge me this journey. £18 Veezu.

The service of this company is absolutely appalling and the customer care is even worse would not recommend this service and I will definitely not be using it again I would rather wait an hour for another company

If I could give 0 stars I would. Pre booked a taxi that never showed up. I called the number on the booking email and the person on the phone just said they’d try to find a taxi with no guarantees on time. The call handler kept trying to end the call with me.
Thank god for uber or I would have been late for a wedding!
Will never use this company again.

Terrible. Total rip off - no transparency is charging. Taxis never turn up. Use Uber as you know what you are getting

Very poor experience this morning. I pre-booked a taxi for 4:00am, but the driver arrived early at 3:50am and then complained that I was “late” when I got in at 4:04am.

When we politely asked to turn around after forgetting something, he responded in a condescending tone and called the company to add an extra charge. He also took a wrong turn and, when corrected, raised his voice at me.

I felt disrespected and uncomfortable throughout the journey. Customer service was unacceptable and I will not be using this service again.

One of there drivers harrising my young daughter leaving card and flowers on her door step she is really upset and scared made a complaint waiting response

Worst thing ever keeps making me overdrawn like day after delayed charge take the right amount

Veezu is awful. It’s not a taxi service, they simply claim to administer local taxi. My first taxi was 30 mins late, and the second was a no-show. And Veezu took no response, just blaming the local taxi. Never use them….book a local taxi!
