1 is being generous. Waste of time, operators can’t be honest despite you booking a taxi a hour in advance ( my car was in garage, needed to get to work and kids to school) it took two hours after pre booking for anyone to even show up and operators just keep telling you we work through a ‘service’ despite me booking in an hour before wanting to travel. Worst company ever
Ruined my wedding day
Spoilt my post wedding plans. The stress they caused was horrible. Booked a taxi for 4pm to go to the after wedding venue. No one arrived by 4:10pm so I called them and they said "sorry we're late but these things happen but we'll be there in about 20 minutes". I called back at 4:30pm and they said, "Sorry we've got no one who can pick you up at the moment". So I gave up and called Delta and they arrived in about 5 minutes and thankfully we made it to the wedding do in time. I then got a text msge from Veeza at 6:25pm saying "you're taxi has arrived" 😂... Will never use them again.
Unprofessional Driver
The driver’s behaviour became noticeably cold and dismissive as soon as he saw me approach the vehicle. He immediately opened the window on the opposite side of the car and avoided eye contact throughout the journey. Despite me explaining that I had never been to the destination before, he dropped me on the wrong side of a main road, pointed me toward an entirely different building, and incorrectly stated that it was the dental practice. As a result, I became lost, missed my appointment, and lost money. The overall interaction felt careless, dehumanising, and lacking in basic regard for my wellbeing and safety.

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding a booking I made with Veezu that was not fulfilled.
I booked a taxi for 26/04/2026 at 1:15pm from L5to Liverpool Cruise Port. Unfortunately, the driver did not arrive, and I received no communication or explanation regarding the failure to attend the booking.
This caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my plans, as I was left without transport and had to make alternative arrangements.
As the service I paid for was not provided, I am requesting a full refund for this booking. I would also appreciate an explanation as to why the booking was not honoured and what measures will be taken to prevent this happening again in future.
Please treat this matter seriously and respond as soon as possible regarding both my complaint and refund request.

Shockingly bad
The driver did not arrive despite our being texted he had. We waited, called him and learned he was ‘near a traffic light’. Using the tracking system he told us to walk to him. It was a significant distance and I am 74. I guess we were too slow. He cancelled our ride at 11 am on a Friday night in the middle of clubland Norwich. If I could give a zero I would.

Great if you like waiting and waiting ...
Booked for a taxi to pick us up from a coach drop off point for the time the coach was due to arrive. When the coach arrived everybody else got into their booked transport and we were left waiting. Contacted Veezu after 25 minutes only to find the call handler had not bothered to dispatch a driver. She then reported a driver is on the way. I was about to call another taxi company when the driver arrived. Our taxi driver was very apologetic that we had been waiting (we said we had booked for a set time) and said he had only just been allocated the pick up. No complaints about the driver but the call handling service is awful. You are expected to know postcodes of every pub, hotel and pick up point which you never used to need with local taxi firms who would know where places are in the local area, especially a massive service station and Travel Lodge area. I will not use this company again as do not feel confident that I will get a taxi when needed.
Very dodgy establishment
Very dodgy establishment, got pressured into paying twice by driver ..kept calling the office for a refund for weeks still calling...be weary of the drivers they have zero customer care instinct ...
Wait times not accurate
Started using because they are cheaper than Uber and give more money to their drivers (I think) but several times now the app will tell me my ride is coming in 2 minutes and I’m sat there waiting for at least 10 mins because the driver isn’t coming towards me. It’s also difficult to find the drivers sometimes and they say they have stopped where the pin is, but that’s not where it’s showing for me on the app. Generally unreliable if you need to get somewhere quickly and the app sucks. They also charge you for cancelling, even if the driver is not moving. Will sadly need to move back over to Uber as it’s just more accurate and reliable.
Love the app
Love the app it's so easy to use. I pre-booked a taxi for the following morning and it was there waiting for me on time. My driver was really lovely, reasonable fare and could even prepay with Gpay so didn't need to worry about having cash. Great from start to finish will be using Veezu again

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Pre booked a taxi the night before for a trip to the train station. They didn’t turn up, after calling they said they were fully booked and asked us to wait. We couldn’t otherwise we would had missed our train. Unsure of the point of pre booking and having it confirmed if there are no taxis. Won’t use again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone I like!
Late taxis
The last few taxis we have booked have been much later than what we booked for. When we have booked them, it says 5 minutes away, which is fine, but 30 minutes later we’re still waiting then when we call they say there’s no driver available. If there’s no driver available why say that the car is 5 minutes away? Just be honest and say it will be 30 minutes.

Do Not Use this company. We booked two taxis for 7 people. One 5 seater turned up 15 minutes late for the first journey. Our return journey never happened. Even though the app notified us the taxi was parked outside, there was no taxi. We rang the office who told us they had no taxis available. The money is out of our account, with little hope of a refund

Bookers didnt listen carefully enough to the address.
Driver told me I had given the wrong pick up address!!!!
I waited for over half an hour on a wet, chilly pavement for a taxi promised in minutes.
Driver who eventually picked me up said that he had had a number of complaints from others about these very points.
I don't mind waiting, but if I'm told 5 minutes I don't want to wait 40. If its 40 I'll stay inside in the warm until the taxi arrives.
I have used a Veezu firm before and it was a fabulous experience. This was rubbish. (with the exception of the final driver)
I couldn't find an email address to make my complaint directly......so have written this review instead.

My ride via the app and the driver said scan your card on my chip and pin so I can confirm it’s you , so basically paid £30 x2 told them I’m happy to send

Veezu app
Newport South Wales. Used the Veezu app to book and pay for our taxi from Newport train station. Got one straight away. Very reasonable price, driver polite and courteous. No complaints whatsoever and will definately use this app again
