Parked in the tenants parking space to do a clean on this property, got a privacy notice popped on my car saying. Images of this car and its registration number have been recorded for the purpose of parking enforcement. This data is collected in order to identify the responsible party as we have reasonable cause that a contravention has occurred. So not an actual ticket was left, so we thought it was just a warning so as not to park there again! WRONG!!!! I Wrote advising I was using the tenants space, but they just wrote back saying this was not an excuse and I am liable to pay! Utterly disgusting, how are we supposed to carry out cleaning when you get sent a fine through the post? After reading all of these comments, I think the staff are just robots as they dont have a empathetic bone in their bodies, especially with Blue badge holders, I think its a disgrace!!!!!!!

I've just win my court case today with these criminals. They were in breach of alsorts of things. I just hate to think about all the people that have paid fines purely because they were bullied into it. I plan to make a video on YouTube about my case and I've also contacted the local paper. It needs to get out into the public what this company is trying to do.

I accidentally went past the turning to the drop off point by 6ft I reversed and went into the drop off, paid the 5 pound to get out, by making that mistake iv had a fine so disappointed to read these reviews, we're being ripped off, and the airport supports the company!

Went to pick my brother up from college was given permission by them to park where I was as it’s what most comfortable for him with his disabilities a lady tried to give me a ticket I kindly explained my reasoning and even showed the blue badge I said he’s coming out now he just takes a while to walk for her in response to say she didn’t care about his special needs and it’s an “excuse” I even moved ,for her to swear at me and give me abuse! I was honestly so shocked when I realised how much of a nasty person she was I took my phone out to record her I have evidence of her abuse towards me.

No sure they know what they are doing had a fine for not displaying blue badge ? The badge is for on street parking ONLY the disabled bays are there because of the equality act 2010 not sure how you write into your terms and conditions the badge that's for on street parking so if you forget a badge but qualify to park under equality 2010 they can't discriminate and fine you but they try

I defended a PCN to Court and won. The judge was very critical of their conduct throughout the proceedings. If anyone needs my Court docs, hit me up, I am more than happy to share.

This company is a absolute joke, after getting two parking tickets for parking at my property March last year, they threatened me with court,so I said bring it on, several times this last year they've wrote to me saying they've got a strong case and to pay immediately or pay costs as well, just been notified by the court no action because they didn't pay to have it heard, fight this company as much as you can, they're thieves liars and will rob you blind if you let them.

Do not pay them. I honestly thought this was a scam. They are reliant on people folding under their threats but do not pay up. They have no legal rights and you will beat them in court. They ignore your letters and appeals so don't waste your time. They are a nasty company and just look at all the reviews

Do not give into their bullying demands when you know you are in the right. They invested time and money to make a poor attempt to defend the indefensible in court and lost! Greedy bullying organisation that must be fought at every opportunity. Their business will likely disappear from 2024 onward when regulations are coming in to curtail their cowboy tactics but hopefully it will be sooner.

Take them to court like I did and won easily they will try and bully but hold your nerve and fight them in court !

There is no point moaning on here about their terrible service, tell a judge and let them see how awful their company is !

Duplicated my ticket. The day they gave me the ticket my car had a parking perming but because someone was parked in my bay I ended up parking on their bay with a permit in my car and I got a ticket still. This was sent to my old address and they duplicated the ticket and got me 2 CCJ’s on my name through their fraud system

Shame there is no option to give no stars. These people are utter con artists. If you see the name "Vehicle Control Services Ltd" at any parking area, beware! They are so devious they hide their true address to make it difficult to send evidence if you appeal. Management agents for residential buildings should not employ this company.

VCS purposely advertise wrong address, they are based next to Action Coach Europa Link but the web address says Europa Court, this made my legal fight difficult because I had to serve documents which they denied having. Any company who uses VCS are at risk of a being sued as they behave unlawfully which has been proved Sheffield Star 2019, 2020, 2021. Vile company who pursue vulnerable and disabled people with no legal right to.

Tried to take me to county court for not adhering to their terms, when it came to the use of a private parking space that I had full rights to use as a tenant (this was confirmed in my tenancy agreement). The judge in the case laughed them out of court saying their terms didn’t supersede my tenancy agreement, and they had no right to impose penalty charge notices. Don’t feel bullied by these scam artists. Tool up and take them to court. Only a matter of time until new legislation stops this rubbish. Please do not give them a penny of your hard earned money :-).

Terrible bullying service that is simply set up to rip people off and security is the last thing on their mind, I pulled up right next to the camera van at Liverpool airport to ask if it’s ok to park there as my daughter was crossing the road to actually get in, the horrendous driver ignored me even with my disabled badge in and in less than 30 sec he had fined me at 11pm at night, utterly disgraceful it’s been over two years of fighting this charge and now I’m going to carry it on in court as well, no company should be allowed to treat decent people so badly and win or lose I’m going into the dock to fight this horrendous company !

British government you’ve started well this year in calling the private parking companies out for their miser in reducing these massive fines, go further and ban them from trading as well, society has had enough of this blatant money making scam at airports and do like I’m going to do, have your day in court and show the judge how bad these reviews are and how utterly shameless their company is .

I lived in a property that I owned and this company was supposed to supply us with permits I never received mine I got a ticket and then emailed them called them to no avail kept getting tickets appealed against them there response was you need a permit I explained I never received one accumulated £1500 in tickets went to court and beat them judge was all for me keep fighting and keep evidence this company is a scam for making money I also got them fired from managing our parking area..

Be very careful if you are unfortunate enough to have to use this airport. I was taken ill whilst driving down the airport road, a vechile from Vehicle Control Services Limited stopped opposite, she made no effort to come and see if i was ok, which i was not. Instead she just sat in her car and took a few pics, result was, i had a £100 fine, i was stopped for literally 30 seconds. I appealed but because of the excessive amount of signs they have, i still have to pay, absolutely no allowance was made due to illness. A few points to this and be careful, if you stop at one of the roundabouts or to let someone cross the road or heaven forbid you are seriously ill and lose control of your car and stop, you will still be fined, the independant adjudacor actually told me this in writing. The company who are running this parking farce, have a one star rating on trust pilot. I suspect this is all down to the greed of the airport, as you cant even drop off in the car park unless you pay £5, its that just to drive in and out. I STRONGLY ADVISE PEOPLE TO AVOID THE AIRPORT AT ALL COSTS. Money is being put before peoples health at this place. Shamefull.This parking company is the exact example of why the government is introducing grace periods and a maximun fine of £50 and also restricting the stuid charges that they add on.

Received pcn for parking at EMA bp garage. Fought for 2 years and just had the case dismissed at Birmingham county court. These people are thieves. Now they will pay me court costs of £53. Its unbelievable that they can get away with it. Dont pay. Defend!!!

Just had to pay a County Court Judgement before it goes on my credit file to a solictors who openly told me that they make a living out of these types of parking fines. This company is a disgrace and uses the fringes of the law to rip off decent hard-working people. Parking fines should ONLY be issued by the local authority or the police, then you know your money is going back into the public purse.
VCS doesn't have any good reviews why are they still trading beyond belief 🙄
