Parked in an unmarked stretch of road - every other stretch had red no parking lines. I was collecting a sick relative who has being repatriated from Spain and needed to wait for 5 minutes until they cleared security. They gave me a ticket which I contested - not surprisingly they rejected it! Next step is to raise it with another authority but if you do the fine almost doubles. If you pay the lower amount and then appeal the appeal will not be heard because by paying you have admitted guilt! Their business absolutely stinks. They should be shut down. How bent is it that you appeal to the people who have given the ticket - no independence.

This company needs shut down, staff are horrible they must be trained to be unhelpful they hung up the phone to me, good luck getting your money.

I had a exemption slip on my dash board for the parking outside the Alzheimer’s Centre where I was working in a hospital on an Alzheimers Disease Clinical study, during the worst of COVID as a key worker.

Despite this I got a fine from this company VCS, however I didn’t know about this as they sent a letter to my old address even though my address was updated with the DVLA. Finally they sent a letter to my actual address stating that I now have a CCJ and I got this letter just in time to pay the fine of £300. I paid it right away because I didn’t want to risk my credit score or bailiffs coming to my house. Even though I should never have been fined.

I paid even though I should never have been fined in the first place and it has caused me a lot of anxiety not knowing if the CCJ had actually been removed. I sent the proof of payment to the court, but they were not happy with the e-Mail confirmation and said that although they will make a note for it to be removed I will need VCS to also send a confirmation. I tried calling VCS and was on hold for 2 hrs before I was cut off. There is no other way to contact VCS. This company should be sued but I don’t have the time or money to do that and I suppose that is how they get away with giving people these fake fines.

I have had anxiety about this for months. I can only imagine the amount of people who have Alzheimer’s and are parking out side the Alzheimer’s Centre are getting these kinds of fines and losing their livelihoods due to bailiffs. This is immoral. Is someone has the means to sue VCS, please due so. It would help a lot of innocent people.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Passed me onto a debt company for parking in my own workplace! This is disgusting. I have bailiff at my house for no reason! Been chasing this up and is a complete waste of time! They don’t answer their calls and have the worst service

Due to this company they have issued me 4 county court fines in total over 4,000 for parking in my own work bay which my old job paid for and i can supply the fact it was a work bay and i did work there. i was 17 not long passed vulnerable 17 year old. and now later on in life i'm now 21 they are chasing me for 4,000 which i haven't got considering have 1 year old and another baby on the way, this brings me extreme panic attacks when they send the ballifs there's no reasoning or won't take offer of payment they just keep adding ccj of parking fines i do not know about!!! wouldn't wish it on anybody being worried how i'm gonna live if ballifs take my stuff away! HEARTLESS!!

A vicious and predatory industry aimed to entrap drivers into "parking" fines without reasonable means of escape.

This company VCS and their trade body (The IPC/United Trade and Industry Ltd) need to be investigated for what I consider to be extortion and bullying. IVC and their trade body are complicit in their immoral activities and I will pursue this company and their directors by all means available. Those of us who have been unfortunate to have had interactions with these companies need to act as one and raise the profile of their immoral activites at the hightest levels and with their clients.

A rotten company that bully's and intimidates its victims. The companies they operate on the behalf of, councils and government allow them to get away with despicable behaviour and tactics.

Care not what it costs will see you in court with a counter claim.

Stopped at the end of red lines and a sign saying ‘end of restrictions’ at Bristol airport but still received a parking ticket for stopping. Have a photo of being off the lines and behind the sign. Still they want their money. Thieving scum.

Received a letter from this company 5 and a half years ago. Sent them a reply saying no notice displayed we were parked for ten mins delivering van was open the whole time After many letters over the years they finally gave up until this month I received a county business court fine of £309 I’ve had nothing previous to this. I have no proof as I thought it had gone away. Rang the court was told tough basically pay up or appeal which will cost £255 The law is stacked on their side I cannot appeal without evidence and it’s been too long so I will have to pay This is their tactics they get you because you think they’ve given up. This company just sell on the debt to DCBL another vulture feeding off us and they win hands up If we victims were able to appeal successfully this company would go out of business but this scam enables further scammers to offer help for a fee so you pay the court case they tell you to get a solicitor You end up out of pocket even if you win the appeal.

This company should not be allowed to operate and it's about time the government put a stop to companies like this.I went to pick up a part off a ryanair engineer at Bristol airport to take to Stanstead airport as the aircraft was on ground waiting for these parts,the airport was deserted due to covid except for this white van with a camera on top which i now know belonged to Vehicle Control Services.The engineer told me to wait outside the building and will bring the boxes out to me,the road was a service road and although it had double red lines as i was a courier the poor engineer struggled to carry the boxes,i was there less than 5 mins,there was no vehicle in site and when i went to drive off this white van sat there at end of road who was taking pictures.Obviously he was having a bad day as he couldn't catch anyone so decided to pick on me.I contested it but as expected they don't want to know,i contested further and said i wasn't paying and to take me to court,the fine eventually went up to £235 and they started threating me with ccj's.I was getting so stressed out it was effecting my health and reluctantly i paid it today just to get them off my back THIS COMPANY ARE THE SCUM OF THE EARTH THEY WILL GET THERE COMEUPPANCE BELIEVE ME

Paid the fine issued for stopping at the airport petroleum station for 30 secs. Managed to get a CCJ against us as we didn’t get the court letter. Paid it because it costs more to fight it. They then don’t tell the court it has been paid. All the options on their litigation line get you cut off so you cannot speak to anyone.

You need to sort your disabled spaces out before giving fines out to disabled you might wanna include some safety zones on bays for wheelchair transfers
This company is also discriminating against disabled as they don’t in force parking fines on parent and child spaces the fines are revenue driven and not to help disabled in anyway at all they check to see if a badge is displayed that doesn’t prove its being used correctly

Can anyone please advise me how to get this company from stop causing me stress over a 6 year old fine I contested at the time which recently vehicle control must have acquired , I have reluctantly been paying what they asked in instalments just to try get then off my back but no one acknowledges my payments and I've emailed/ phoned with no reply, just more threatening stressful letters .. PLEASE can someone help me for this to stop its affecting my health!! If anyone from vehicle control has the decency to contact me to discuss ..we shall see !!

Terminally dishonest and unprofessional crooks. £100 fine for nothing. Filed appeal immediately, then received another demand for £100 a week later.

Appeal result due after 28 days, more than 30 days ago.

We'll see each other in court I guess, unless I pay the charge under protest and claim the money back from the retailer who promised "Free Parking".

Absolute fraudsters. Tried sending me fake letters about bailiffs, when infact the court had barred them taking action against myself. Ring the county court direct as they are helpful, if in doubt.

They sent me a ticket modifying my name to humiliate me, I complained saying why did they send that and the answer was it was taken from DVLA by a third party, they never provided the name of that 3rd party (it doesn’t exist for sure) and in DVLA my name is perfectly written. A bunch of racists bullies.
