AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!! Brought a device APRIL !!!!! JUNE we still have no product or installation. All items and accessories. Paid £500 . Received nothing . Constant chasing of technicians. Cancelled installation dates last minute. Very unprofessional. I WILL BE DOING SMALL CLAIMS AS THERE ARE TAKING NO RESPONSIBILITY.
-Technition came first to install when came couldn't due to my oem device not working so i purchased and installed a brand new oem device. Upon installation found out he had left 6-7 screws missing out my centre console and oem device so it rattles.
- SINCE installation of my new device trying to nail down dates for him to come is non existant . Poor communication. Doesnt even respond to me.
AVOID PLEASE DO NOT USE!!!!
NEVER EXPERIENCED SERVICE LIKE IT EVER!

Hi,
We are struggling to understand the basis of your complaint.
Following your order, our engineer attended within the agreed timeframe to carry out the installation. However, the installation could not be completed due to a fault with your vehicle’s OEM system, which was outside of our control and required rectification before any installation work could proceed.
You have since informed us that the OEM fault has now been resolved. As we have already explained on multiple occasions, the engineer is currently away and unavailable. He has confirmed that upon his return, he will contact you directly to arrange a new installation date.
It is unreasonable to expect the engineer to cancel existing commitments, reschedule other customers, or return from leave at short notice simply because your vehicle is now ready for installation. We have fulfilled our obligations by attending when originally booked and have continued to communicate with you throughout the process.
The reason you have not received a direct response from the engineer is because he is currently away and not working. Despite this, our office has continued to respond to your enquiries and keep you updated.
The situation has been explained clearly and repeatedly. Once the engineer returns, your installation will be scheduled accordingly.
Exceptional service
Exceptional service, helpful in teaching me how to navigate the system after its been installed. High quality product with experienced mechanics installing the car play. Have already recommended to my friends and family and this is a game changer for your car.

BMW series 1 I drive fault
Ray came to look at my bmw series 1 which the I drive kept turning on and off. He kept me informed with what was happening and arrived on time. Very happy with the service, would highly recommend!

Can't say is a good experience
I'm sorry to give a not a great review but what i'm experiencing is beyond disappointing! Bought the radio with all parts 3 month ago (3!!) Waited 3 weeks to have it installed, when that happened, one piece wasn't the right one, steering commands and reverse cam not working, the engineer ordered the right part and I had to stay without steering commands and reverse cam for 3 weeks (not big deal) but when the piece arrived and the engineer came back the piece was (again) the wrong one and this time it burned something or whatever happened and as result I had to stay 2 weeks with no radio at all! Ordered a whole new unit and 2 weeks later had it installed, and AGAIN a part is missing and the radio doesn't switch off and drains my battery so...another time left with no radio for god knows how long. From January to April to be again without radio at all. I understand inconvenients can happen when working but this is going on in a loop now. Even the engineer was frustrated telling me the same story again. Now the new deadline is for next Friday and if that day I won't have the radio working I will ask for a full refund.

Fantastic from start to finish
Fantastic from start to finish, great product knowledge and don’t try to up sale you, they get you just what you need, Ray the installer was professional and fitted from my home, showed me how it all works afterwards and needed a couple of after install messages which Ray was happy to explain, top company , very professional and great pricing.

When placing the order, the colour selected was silver, which is why the silver kit was sent out. As soon as you contacted us, we issued return labels promptly and remained in communication with you throughout the process to ensure the matter was handled efficiently.
The correct replacement kits were then dispatched, and a refund was also provided for the returned kit to bring the issue to a resolution as quickly as possible.
