It’s Just Okay…
The bonnet really isn’t anything special. I didn’t have any shipping issues, but they definitely sent me a color I didn’t order. I’m not even going to try to remedy that given the customer service complaints I’ve heard about.
I’ve slept in the bonnet for a few nights now- I can confirm, it is NOT silk. It’s a mid-quality satin, l however this is my first ever bonnet so I can’t vouch for how much of a difference it’ll make for my white girl hair! So far, it’s done an okay job.

Well, along with every other review the bonnets took FOREVER to arrive, came from china, all just to not be silk. I’m actually really disappointed in this, and I guess I’ll have a go and the non existent customer service about sending them back. Kind of wary after seeing a review that sent them back and never received a refund. I was pretty excited about this one too 😞

When my items were going to be a little late, I received an email letting me know. It also included a future discount code. My bonnets came only a day or two later!

The bonnets look nice, but they don't stay on unless you tie them tightly enough to give you a thumping headache. I know this because my bonnets arrived yesterday, it's now 3.30am and I can't sleep because this stupid bonnet won't stay on. It's also rubbed my baby hairs around my hairline to a frizzy mess. Don't buy! Giving one star for the pretty colours.

they are a horrible company! I cancelled my order immediately and asked to refund my money and they completely ignored me and sent there crappy product to me. Then I had to pay $20 dollars to ship it back to them and they won't give me my money back! Don't order from them!

I love these bonnets! I have already bought several and plan to buy more.

I ordered a black bonnet which took over a month to arrive. I washed it before use, however it stained my pillowcases with black. I have been using it for a couple of months and it is continuing to stain my pillowcases in black, despite me rinsing it in hot vinegar water repeatedly multiple times. I contacted the company and have had a back and forth of emails trying to get them to accept a faulty return and send a replacement in a light colour so that it will stop destroying my pillowcases, however they say that they cannot accept return of a used product (despite it being 'faulty' and causing damage). They don't seem to understand what I say in the emails as their replies never make any sense. I am left with no choice but to go back to using my old bonnet which is held together with a safety pin, and order a new one from somewhere else leaving me out of pocket. Absolutely do not waste your money buying from this company as it is a total scam.

Ordered a bonnet, said it was delivered but i never received it, customer service is non existent, keep getting the same answer, we are investigating with the courier, it has now been over a week and still no refund or replacement, absolutely worst customer service ever,

The bonnets are polyester, not silk. I did a burn test. They took over a month to arrive and were sent from China although the business address is Wisconsin or something. I let customer support know they were polyester and included no COO or care/content labels. I was refunded for the product, not the shipping.

It was a little bit slow on delivery, I did start to worry I was never going to get it.
But I’ve received it now and I quite like it. Sometimes it does slip off during the night, but no where near as bad as the elastic ones I’ve used. It’s definitely the best bonnet of had. Seems decent quality, and I’m getting more days out of my curls now

Nice and well made. I got them for my daughters for gifts, as they have even longer hair than I do. I got 1 for myself as well. It was just too hot for me to bc wear all night. Maybe I just need to get used to it?

THEY ARE SCAMMERS, DO NOT BUY.
I, like many others saw their very convincing advertisement on Instagram and fell for the bonnet bundle on their website where they claim the material of these products to be “double layered fine silk” when it is in fact either polyester or some other cheap man made fibre.
The package arrived today and the scrunchies are a lot smaller than shown on their website, completely different colour than that of the photo on their website and absolutely cheap to touch. It’s definitely polyester. Which is terrible for if you want some air circulation on your head while you sleep. (Trust me you do) . Plus polyester makes you sweat and smell bad. Terrible.
I have demanded a refund and we will see how that goes though I have very very low expectations now that they have so blatantly LIED about materials of their products, so I’m not even expecting them to respect their “refund and return” policy.
And in all of this I’m thinking.. how desperate I was to rush that order from such a poorly constructed website with those Bronx looking models that have no hopes in life if not that of scamming strangers on the internet for money to pay for what their baby daddy don’t.

I love how soft it is compared to other brands. And the fact that it stays on all night... genius! A game changer.

I bought one set of 3 to begin with and my daughter “stole” 😂 two for her and my granddaughter 🥰. So I bought the full package next and gave my daughter three more, so now everyone is happy. We love these bonnets and wear them every night. My granddaughter who is turning 3 thinks that they are hats and wants to wear them all the time, little cutie 🥰

Bought it for my girlfriend. She loves it. She said this is the first one to actually stay on the whole night because she moves a lot when she sleeps

Really really low quality and the colors are completely off. I bought the scrunchie pack and received a bright red, a very purple lilac, a rose-gold (ish), and two different shades of grey/silver.
They're so tiny that they don't even fit twice around only half of my hair and there's so much less material on them than the picture suggests. That and the material doesn't even feel like silk and if it is, it's off significantly lower quality than any silk hair products I've bought previously.
Shipping was super slow and got no response when I reached out because the tracking link wasn't working. I actually got an email to say that the products had been shipped and then later I received an email saying they hadn't even been manufactured yet and that they would be delayed further.
Website reviews are fake. When I went to write a review on the website it told me that it would be submitted only after it was reviewed and accepted by the store.
Have requested a refund as they advertise a "satisfaction guarantee" but we'll see if that's a load of lies as well.
